I think this place is a hidden gem and I almost don't want to say anything because I'm afraid it will get "discovered" and it will become a spot where you have to wait in line for 6 hours and risk the food selling out (not like my measly review can cause that). I recommend trying the potatoes...with any meat and you won't be disappointed or hungry, for probably 2 days after. The brisket tacos are fantastic and the sausages snap and are great. This is hands down my favorite BBQ spot to go on a regular.

Ate here on a rainy, cold evening in April. The meats were delicious. Seriously, they were excellent. I really liked the pork ribs and brisket. None of the sides were very good (beans, slaw, elote). The jalapeño cheddar sausage was pretty good (not spicy enough for my taste). The bread was fine.

They have really good brisket and the 3 meat baked potato is a standout item at this spot for me! Ask for pickled onions and extra crema! Also, I love the outdoor seating when the weather is nice!

The food and service were excellent. We had the sliced brisket, it was very tender and juicy and the flavor was great. We also had the sausage and a turkey sandwich. The turkey was also moist, and the flavor was great.Nice outside seating area. Pets are also allowed.

Great bbq. The brisket is awesome, I've had it a few times and it never disappoints. You NEED to try the chopped smoked turkey baked potato, it is sooo tasty. Definitely going back to try more items. They are expanding their little spot with covered tables and some activities for the kids.

I'm speaking from craving right now. I had Louie's a few weeks ago. It's so good. My go to is the turkey. It has a nice kick of flavor in your mouth. Sausage is good, very tasty and I did enjoy the brisket. But I dipped the brisket and sausage in the sauce and ate it. Am I eating the bbq or the sauce? (Similar to A-1 steak sauce to steak, you shouldn't put it on if it that's good. But it's BBQ. Sauce is king. Let's talk sides. My favorite side is their Mac n cheese. It's a white cheese sauce that so creamy and delicious. Sleeper side, their RICE! Oh my goodness, I'm Mexican, and their rice is better than the way my mom cooks it. I can't wait to go back. Their hours are open later in the week, which for me is my work schedule. I need to pencil them in my calendar to have again.

the best brisket sandwich i’ve ever had. hands down the best brisket in town. & im very picky about brisket. the sourdough bread on the sandwich was amazing! i’d eat this all day over valentina’s! they’ve gone down hill since they moved from manchaca to buda. we ate Louie’s around 6:00pm.

Love their baked potato with chopped brisket- 2nd visit it wasn't the same something was missing. Not sure what? But definitely willing to try them again. We did have their Brisket enchiladas and it was very good, this was a meal they had to support Johnson high school
