The store was dirty. Not just a few things, but all the things. None of the tables were clean. The chairs and floors were dirty. There was smeared stuff on the hallway to the bathrooms and the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Not just that day, but days or weeks.

Seems they are never open during their scheduled business hours. Today closed for "maintenance" Got our fix at Heb and spent half the money. This is the last time I attempt to try this location

Icecream was on point and great. All the hate is from the hours which are posted outside .... Staff were friendly enough, interesting attire but nothing to complain about. Icecream is great, sides were great, I do wish there were lactose free options and the option to add great American cookies into the Icecream. Either way I will be returning and would recommend!

My fiancé & I went here for dessert earlier tonight and loved it! We only tried the ice cream, but they also have cookie cakes for sale (both the entire cake as well as a slice of a cookie cake) and cookies too.As for the ice cream, both the sweet cream & birthday cake flavors were delicious! They also had a banana pudding flavor I tried a sample of, that tasted just like banana pudding.My fiancé also got the birthday cake ice cream with yellow cake & sprinkles mixed in. Definitely recommend that combo and we will be back so I can have it the next time!The only thing to note is they aren't open Monday, and close at 8pm every night of the week they are open, expect Sunday when they close an hour earlier at 7pm.

The one and only time we went in here, we waited 15 minutes to even get served, not because there was a long line, but because the teenagers who work there seemed to find it excruciatingly difficult to serve the couple in front of us. When we finally did get served, my ice cream tasted like it had been melted and then refrozen at one point. Hopefully not, as that's a health& safety violation. I drive by quite a lot,& the place seems to hardly ever be open

PLEASE GOTO THE MARBLE SLAB AT BARTON CREEK!!! THEY WILL NEVER WEiGHT YOUR ICE CREAM AND WILL NOT REFUSE YOU APART OF YOUR ICE CREAM SCOOP THAT FELL OFF AND THEN WEIGHT YOUR ICE CREAM ON A SCALE AFTERWARDS TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY!!! Go here if you want to get rip off of your scooped! The girl scooped my ice cream and a piece of the scooped fell off and I asked her to put the piece back on that fell off and she refused and to add insult to injury she weighted the scoops. The cones were small and after eating our ice cream, we are still hungry after wards. We go to other Marble Slabs and they never weigh the scoops and the portions are much more generous !!! Also an update!! I spoke to the manger and she Stella me that she did not want to embarrass her employee. Okay, you do not want to straighten out your employee but rip the customer off and to never come back? Then the manger tells me the employee is brand new! If she is brand new, why did you get her to weight the ice cream? The owner is trying to be stingy with the scoops of ice cream that her customers are buying. The employee would not be weighting it if the owner did not tell her to do so. The owner is a bad person who does not think about her customers by cheating them out of a scoop. Not even Amy's ice cream weight their ice cream or Baskin Robins weight their ice cream!!! No wonder this place has a 2.8 review on Google Review and on Yelp a 1 star!

Buda location, UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE. You're never open, even though you have workers inside clearly seeing customers constantly drive up and leave. It's super frustrating when we want ice cream, you're the only option and you're never open.
The sweetest staff!!! Their network was down and only excepted cash (which I didn’t have), and my kids were so upset, but the staff ended up giving my kids a cookie at no cost!!! I would highly recommend everyone getting cookies or cakes at this location because they truly care! Thank y’all!

Showed up at 6:26pm on a Saturday with the family only for them to be closed. Online says 7pm and another place says 9pm closing.
