I go out of my way to go to this subway specifically because it is the only one within a wide radius of the area that is 1) clean, 2) kind & professional, 3) food taste actually fresh! The other subways in the Kyle & Buda area do not even come close to comparing to this location. Sidney does a phenomenal job is providing genuine customer service & take the cleanliness of her store seriously and is intentional about every precaution for a clean experience from the actual sandwich making to the store itself. Sidney always has the kindest smile to greet customers and truly cares about subway as a brand! This is really something you don’t see anymore as everyone has started to accept terrible service as the norm, especially at a Subway, but Sidney makes sure hospitality is alive and well. I will always take the extra time & miles to make my purchase at this location because of all the effort that Sidney & her team puts into the store! Thanks for all your hard work Sidney!

I ordered through the app, when I arrived to pick up my food, the store was closed, I spoke to a manager the next day and was told that my would be returned in 24 hours, it has been over a week and still no refund.

Been / ordered delivery from here before. My door dasher forget three things and my sandwich was completely wrong! They weren’t very helpful and wouldn’t give me a refund unless I left work and “returned” the wrong sandwich. Which I don’t fully understand but I guess people have lied before but I was irritated because I spent money and wasn’t given what I paid for and had to go out of my way to get a refund I should have been given when it was wrong in the first place. The manager didn’t really seem to want to help. I ended up getting my refund after going there and handing them the wrong sandwich

Don't expect your online order to be processed if there are people in line. You could potentially wait for hours unless you tell them to make it. Then, you get a spite sandwich.

Set up a simple pickup for 12:30 of a 6" turkey sub and cheese pizza to take to my kids school and eat with her. I arrive 5 minutes early and wait. I notice that everyone that walks in is placing an order and being helped. 12:30 arrives and no order. 12:40 arrives and they are still helping everyone walking in, nothing else being made. I ask the guy about the online order for 12:30 and he says, "Yeah we're working through them" then goes and asks the next person in line what they want. The other employee gets done and as they're ringing someone up I ask will they PLEASE finish the 12:30 online order as I need to leave before I miss the lunch time. She makes the order, completely disregarding the ingredients and quantities requested. I got out of there around 12:50. They don't have the chips we ordered, but that's a small problem compared to the fact that you CANNOT depend on the placing an online order at this location and ultimately the sandwich I received was disgusting. Never going back.

Arrived at 9:13 to get two sandwiches, take out. While serving a family of four, the only employee looked at me and said, “we’re closed”. I glanced at my watch and he said, “ya sorry, I actually closed 30 minutes ago and I’m here by myself”. The open sign was on and hours of operation is supposed to be until 10:00PM. Be better!!!!
