The girl at the counter had no clue what she was doing when she took the order, I ordered my hot fudge sundae and all the fudge was all on the bottom, had to make it halfway through it before I could get the fudge. Not a huge deal, but it's the care you take in your products that keeps customers returning.Train your employees better, and customer satisfaction will rise. Sonic is an American fast food icon!
On our way to surf side I stopped in at sonic to get a bite to eat at the stalls. I got some corn dogs and hit the road it was easy to eat on the way without stopping for long. Food was good and it was a very old looking sonic it was nice to see a sonic that looks different from the rest.
