Taco Bell is such a disappointment these days. First I had to place my own order at a kiosk. Takes so much longer than ordering at the counter. Ordered two burrito supremes and a taco supreme. None of them had tomatoes on them. Please do better.

Our time in drive thru was relatively quick and our food was made correct and was fresh. Our previous visit they had forgotten two regular tacos or else that trip would have also been correct. In our household everyone has something they change about their food so it's a very rare occasion that I can say our order is properly made!!

I asked for a Nacho Bell Granda with no tomato’s or sour cream I got it all mixed in then I asked for a bean burrito with no onions I got onions then I asked for extra mild sauce I got 4 and a big attitude from the drive thru lady .

This place used to suck for service, and we had stopped going here for the last 3 years. Today, we decided to give them a second chance and found much improvement. We still experienced stale cinnamon crisp in which they replaced. It has gotten better.

Ordered chicken quesadilla with potatoes and extra chicken... I was given a chicken quesadilla with no chipotle sauce , very very old potatoes and I paid for extra chicken and they gave me very little . Would not recommend this has happened before . 1 outta 10 would NOT recommend!!!

Okay we could live with that, but it begs the questions: how does that even happen at a place where 'taco' is their first name? And: don't they have a local grocery store? We ordered Taco Supremes. See photos. If this was the "supreme" I fear what the regular tacos consisted of.

Just came thru the drive thru and ordered 2 crispy chicken tacos. The chicken was soooo old. I took one bite and spit it out. And they wont answer their phone.

Despite being located next to a major highway in a town that's adjacent to a military base, this location has not only limited hours of operation, but constantly lacks supplies for the most commonly sold items on the menu for other chain locations. Their hours may have recently changed to accommodate the breakfast menu, but their lobby remains closed until 10 AM for no reason other than the management seeming hellbent on making sure this store is closed. Based on what colleagues have told me, this store has not changed its lackluster approach to business in at least a decade and it's a wonder they're still open. And having been there multiple times now, I can agree with them wholeheartedly.
