Went to Grumps Hamburger in Burleson Old Town on a Wednesday evening with a group of friends. The place was really rocking. We had reserved a table for 12 on the first floor and it was waiting for us. I communicated with Caroline on the phone to make the reservation and the next day I got a follow up call from her to see that everything went well. Now that's classy! Parking is a bear all the time at this popular site in Burleson so get there plenty early.I had never eaten there before and the menu is pretty direct... burgers, sandwiches, salads, and all the popular sides including sweet potato fries. There is a lot of variety and the prices are fair.I went for the standard loaded cheeseburger, regular fries, and water. Cost was around $11.00. You place your order leave your name and take your seat. The wait staff brings it to you calling out names as they float around the active noisy dining area. There is a second floor that was booked for a party accessible by stairs and elevator that I wasn't able to peruse. The food was very good and what you would expect from a high end hamburger joint. I will be returning along with my friends and by myself for a very good hamburger experience. I will definitely try the sweet potato french fries. One other feature I forgot to mention is the all you can eat in the shell peanuts! They have a saltiness that is very flavorful and there are buckets on the table for disposing the residue... not the floor.A great rustic experience I encourage everyone to try for lunch or dinner. I guarantee once will not be enough.

Hard for me to pass up a good burger so when I saw this place I was excited to try it! I have to say I'm soooo glad I did! It was one of the best burgers I've had since moving here a year ago. You get your moneys worth with this juicy patty for sure!

Don't get me wrong the food is really good if you're looking for a homemade type burger but just for two kids and myself I spent $58 dollars eating. I'm a local and I cannot afford to spend $58 to eat here again their food is really expensive.

i had such an amazing experience this evening at Grumps in River Oaks. I've been wanting to come try it out for a while being a resident of River Oaks & my only regret is that I hadn't tried it sooner! That jalapeño bun was INCREDIBLE! So soft and delicious. paired amazing with the bacon cheeseburger suggested to me by one of the staff members. The sweet potato fries with the spicy ketchup was great too. The staff was so kind and friendly and Julia really made me and my dinner date (my dog Stella) feel so welcomed. Absolutely loved it and I will be recommending and coming back!

I love the location of this place! Walking in, the decor is awesome as well. My husband and I went to the counter to order and wasn't greeted with a smile... just a, "what would you like to order?". We had never been there so it took us a minute. I ordered the blue cheese burger cooked medium with fried pickles and my husband had the BBQ bacon burger with sweet potato fries. We both ordered our burger medium. The food came out quickly! The fried pickles were delicious. They were thin, crispy, hot and perfectly cooked. My burger was perfect. It was juicy and a pretty decent size. I couldn't finish it all. My husband loved his burger as well. There was a young lady who worked on the floor who was very nice and helpful. The only thing that needs tweaking is the customer service at the cash register.Other than that, it was great, nice atmosphere and very clean.

LOVE a good burger at Grump's. Always juicy and always flavorful and cooked just right. Had the go-to, the mushroom Swiss on this visit along with some sweet potato fries. Hits the spot every time. Fun, rustic decor and who doesn't live free peanuts? Good stuff. We'll be back.

My burger was over cooked and dry, not medium well at all. My sons chicken sandwich was small for 7 bucks and also overcooked and dry. 19 bucks with a tip for food that is better at Braums.

Great burger and FANTASTIC service. The kids loved munching on peanuts while we waited for our food. All around great experience. We will be back!

Burgers are perfect!! Don't come here expecting fast food, because everything is made TO ORDER!! Their dirty fries (fries with pinions and jalapeños) are my favorite!! I also love that they have Dublin Texas sodas. One of my favorite places to go.

We called in our order for curbside pickup and our food was ready when I walked in (along with LOTS of ketchup as we requested)! PSA: you're supposed to pull into a pickup spot and text the number on the sign... don't call them like we tried to‍ Everybody was super nice and friendly and the food was great! I had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger (with very good BBQ sauce) and Mom always gets the Mushroom and Swiss Burger! They're not the cheapest burgers but they're pretty large and perfectly cooked! We usually split an order of onion rings which are well breaded and perfectly crispy! The free peanuts are an added perk at least if you dine in! Definitely a great place if you're in the mood for a good burger!

We are on vacation and used yelp to find our dinner tonight and it didn't disappoint! We all had burgers and they were so yummy! Go ahead and splurge and get the jalapeño bun! The homemade ranch and chips are also a must!
