I was completely insulted by the manager Tim at the Applebee's in Burleson he racially profiled me and my friend he accused us of something outlandish and was very loud about it which was embarrassing and very unprofessional completely messed up my experience at Applebee's he was the evening manager on Saturday I couldn't even finish enjoying my food.

Of course this is an average sports bar and depending on the location, that determines the food and the atmosphere.This is a great place to pregame because of the cheap drinks. They have cocktails, shots, beer, etc all for a reasonable price.

We came here a couple weeks ago. We sat down and no one came to get us drinks or anything. I noticed 2 other family/couple came in after us. The family got up and left because it was 10 mins and no one showed up. The couple got serviced immediately. We stayed about another 5 mins after I had taken my child to the bathroom. In total we were there for 15-20 mins no one came. We walked out.

Let me just say Eli was outstanding ! Me and my boyfriend came in round 11pm 3/8/24 no one wanted to assist us but him , a group came in after us a white chick with purple and pink her heavy set looked at us and walked pass us and didn’t even speak & walked over to the other group poor girl with glasses wanted to help so bad and she did and she really did & we gave her a big tip she’s amazing fire squidward !

Honestly the worst place to visit if you aren’t WHITE. Management is straight up racist along with their poor staff including MITCHEL. Discrimination from staff and management to back them up and even CALL the POLICE to ban people. Avoid at all

Worst apple bees ever! The manager mitchell and her employees provided horrible service. Also they racially profiled african americans with no remorse.
Put 5 stars so it will be at the top. The waiter (Mitchell) was snatching stuff out of my hand. And having attitudes because I asked them to add more strawberry to my strawberry lemonade. They tried charging me to fix it and I declined it. So they got upset. And didn’t come back to the table to check on us. I noticed and asked for the check. Which he brought back with the charge that I had declined . He was supposed to bring a fixed one back but kept walking passed us. I walked up to the manager and asked her and she rolled her eyes. He came and got my card and swiped it and it declined cause it was locked . I asked him to hold on while I unlocked it. And he proceeded to swipe it again and brought it back saying it declined and I didn’t have enough funds but said it loud like he was trying to embarrass me but I just stated for him to try it again and then he said I DID real loud. So I just asked for my card back so I could leave . Then they called the police on me and they came and said I can’t go back to that location or it’s criminal trespassing. I said I won’t because of how poorly I was treated . And the manager was the one who called them. Before they got there she was yelling at me in my face and I put my hand in her face and said mam please swipe my card so I can go. She said you can go when the police gets here and she KEPT my card. I was literally the only black person in the building. When I walked in I felt their energy change . They didn’t even talk to my Caucasian friend in a bad way. Just me . I was crying so bad. And embarrassed.

This location is busy especially by happy hour times. The foods ok. I recommend appetizers and drinks, however be prepared for a wait time on drinks the bar usually has one bar tender.
