The last 2 times I've come to this location they had no Cherry Turnovers & this is in the middle of the day. The last time I even asked if they would be making anymore & was rudely told, "No." What poor customer service, and the Manager was even on duty.

Stood in line 5 minutes in the lobby and nobody took my order. Response from Arby’s contains a non-working link. I really want to eat some Arby’s… its an insatiable craving really… but I am so fed up with repeat bad service that I am not going back to this location.

Ordered one DLT and two gyro sandwiches at the drive through. Arrived at hospital to deliver and there was two BLTs and no gyro sandwiches.

The usual for Arby's, the roast beef sandwich was good, crinkle fries okay, but their fish & cheddar sandwich wasn't so good. The fish tasted strange and didn't pair well with the cheese sauce.

Drove 25 mins into town only to be left sitting in the drive through with several cars behind me and no one taking orders. Gave up and left. And yes they were open.

The food was fresh but we had to wait a little while for them because they helped the drive thru first, which seems to be the trend with most fast food places these days. Only a few customers inside, so it was quiet and easy to talk with the family. Always clean in the lobby and bathroom. Really wish they'd bring back their potato cakes.

ALL NEW & DELICIOUS OMGOODNESS HOW THEY HAVE CHANGED THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR FOOD. THEY ARE PUTTING OUT THERE! We went there my husband and I for Valentine’s Day, We were shocked it was so different than the way it used to be. The cherry turnovers were perfection! Hanging over the side of the bread just like in the pictures!! Our new favorite spotThank you for caring about how & what you are servingBurleson Arby’s. Place was clean ,food was good ? but it took 20 minutes to get 2 fish and 2 beef sandwiches.....
App order usefulness is great. Food was warm upon arrival, not cold. Food was ready when I walked in and so was the drink. I usually don't get ice and wasn't expecting them to fill my drink prior to my arrival but awesome for going the extra step and next time I will remember to order with no ice if possible. I do have to say the drink was off on taste as if to much carbonation to syrup ratio but not horrible enough to drive 8 mins back lol. Location might not be the best but the area is clean and populated for good business flow. Definitely a place I will keep returning to. Also covid peeps that lost taste need to get out of the business. Old products that had a change do to them.....y'all messing with good flavors.
