Very clean and amazing customer service! One of my favorite ice cream shops with amazing burgers and chicken sandwiches! Can’t wait to try the breakfast selection including sausage gravy
My wife and I just stopped in for a little dessert, truly wonderful staff allowed me to scan flavors before choosing. Ate quickly and went shopping in their grocery department for milk and low-carb bread. Prices here are slightly higher, but the quality is well worth it!!

It's a good braums. It was a little dirty which was kinda gross but I see this at most fast food restaurants. I assume staff was just overwhelmed as we were there during a busy time. So will still give it five stars.

I'm sorry to say that my recent experiences with the poppy seed salads at Braum's' Burleson and Fort Worth locations have not been up to the usual high standard. While I have been a loyal customer in the past, for the past 4 to 5 months, I have noticed that the salads have contained several pieces of brown lettuce. I wanted to give Braum the benefit of the doubt by waiting to write this review, but I feel that this issue needs to be addressed. I had to throw away half of my salad due to the brown lettuce, which was disappointing. Although the fruit was still fresh, the lettuce was not, and this has impacted my decision to no longer purchase salads from Braum. I appreciate your team's attention to this matter, and I hope that improvements can be made soon."
No complaints about the restaurant, but they are constantly out of certain flavors of ice cream in the grocery store. I care for an elderly parent who only eats certain flavors. Never have this issue at the Arlington store.

Probably the best bang for the buck of all the fast food burger joints. I’m partial to Whataburger, but Braum’s is up there in taste and better in price. I just have to be sure to order it with mustard instead of mayo. Also, the bag of burgers is great. Just throw a bunch of cheap burgers in a bag and let a bunch of people go to town.Also, there isn’t really anywhere else that you can get actual real ice cream banana splits and other sundaes while getting a decent burger. DQ maybe.
