There has never been a time since I have moved to the state of Texas and been to this location that I have received anything less than extraordinary customer service as well as perfect orders. The store is always cleaned to perfection and you can see now clean it is from the front to the back of the store. This is the only Burger King I come to. This store gets 5 stars in all categories! My food is always hot and correct. ?

Food was delicious and fresh, fries were crispy and the burger was filling. There was a time where the staff was arguing and swearing about some order. Otherwise, they were very sweet and even fixed a part of the order they messed up.
This place needs some maintenance badly. Soft drinks don't work. Ladies room out of order. Air conditioning doesn't work. Paint peeling off of the ceiling. Air intake vents are filthy. If they take such poor care of the lobby the kitchen can't be good.

Terrible service, I ordered food here and I could barely understand the manager who took my order. When I went inside to say my order was wrong I was told "this is what you ordered" Very Rude! I got no refund and couldn't exchange it for the right order $26 down the drain! I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
