Horrible, the kids meals were 2 chicken strips and a couple of fries for 6.00, the teriyaki chicken Philly didn't come with the grilled onions, i had the 9.75 cheese steak and I was told the white stuff was the cheese which looked like a smidge of ranch, no grilled peppers and a couple of onions, the steak itself was the size made for small and barely covered half the bread. 44.00 and we left hungry and disappointed. Will not ever be back kids working acted like they did US a favor.

Had to order everything a la carte. No combo meals. I ordered a turkey cheddar melt with fries and a drink. I asked for no lettuce on the sandwich. When I received my order it had lettuce all over the sandwich. I said " I asked for no lettuce". The response was "oh"? I just picked the lettuce off and once I did I realized there was very minimal turkey. It was mostly sauce and bread. It was over priced and the first and last time that I will eat at Charley's.

HORRIBLE! I love Charlie's subs at the Arlington location in the Parks Mall. This location was not even close! Very slow on the grill cooking 2 pieces of meat at a time when there were 8 orders waiting. I had the 3 cheese bacon and the meat was stuck to the grill and the guy had to scrape it off the grill and the meat was in pieces! Then the guy places one small piece of bacon on the sand which and I had a large. My wife asked for onions and was charged a dollar!

They charged me $1.00 for onions. I didn't ask for extra onions just some onion. Seriously??! Food was not good and got 1 piece of bacon for the large sub. The Parks location is the best, they need lessons from those guys.

Terrible service from the moment we walked in. Didn't even finish ordering and left. Cashier was extremely rude. Has anyone stared at you like they were about to murder you? Thats what happened. We couldn't hear her, she was speaking so quiet and when asked to repeat herself she didn't get any louder. Literally had to lean faaar over the counter to hear what she was saying. After we left she we could see her laughing and smiling about the whole ordeal. Guess she DOES know how to smile after all. Called to explain to the manager what happened... Manager seemed to care just as little as the cashier.
