I've been to this location 3 times in the last six months or so and EVERY time they have messed up our order. Unfortunately all three times we went through the drive through and didn't realize we were missing items until we got home (about 20 minutes away), The food is decent, but I am done with this location.

01/04/2023 12:10pm Thursday. This place is gloriously understaffed. Perpetually! Today was no different. A darling woman trying her best to keep up. 8 of us in line. Manager in back manning the kitchen. Had to wait to purchase my grab and go quick chick. The turn over must be fairly high. It seems to me this place lacks urgency of service. I come back for the chicken salad. The flavor is consistent.

It’s painful how slow and inept the employees are. You will wait 15 minutes in the drive through only to find out they are out of most menu items. Corporate would be wise to pay better so you could secure quality staff.

The food is good. However, the customer service is crap and so is the wait time. I just sat in the drive thru at the menu for 14 minutes (I understand they're busy, so no problem) but it got to a point to which there were no more vehicles in line ahead of us. So I pulled up to the first window (assuming the speaker had broken or something) and waited for another 3 minutes before the girl finally looked out the window, opened it, said "what?" And I replied "we waited but didn't get to order, so I was wondering if something was wrong with the speaker. Then we sat here waiting to order, can we not do that?" She responded "the people behind you ordered. I don't know what happened" and shut the window. I WILL NEVER be back to this place again after that. THAT right there 100% makes the entire establishment disgusting to me.
