This lady, had no consideration for somebody at the drive-through. I placed an order on the app and came by to pick it up through the drive-through. The lady sees me and ignores me for 7 minutes and there is no line. I'm the one at the window. And I get it. She's busy at work doing stuff, but she could've easily just paused and handed me my bag., Instead she pauses between her work and looks for other things to do before doing her job at the drive through and open up. Then she just doesn't really care and smiles it off.

I went in for a scheduled interview and management wasn't present for the interview they scheduled me for. I didn't receive a phone call or any other form of prior notice. The available personnel suggested I return at the same time the next day. Why should I do that, so that they can no call; no show on me again? Why is it acceptable for management to fall short on professional obligations of communication and attendance, but not for kitchen/wait staff? This is a big red flag foreshadowing further communication, future initiative, and potential judgement issues. If a manager can't/won't commit to any form of communication with a candidate for hire or even show up I don't have much faith in their ability to pay accurately or on-time, or to run other logistical operations of the restaurant. This is not conducive to a leadership mindset, and worrisome to those currently employed.-An even bigger red flag is that no further effort was show by management to reach out regarding their failure to maintain the appointment they set or to even apologize. Having served as an operations manager at the district level of a different industry, I would demand more of one of my site managers and their abilities to perform basic duties.-That's fine, as I won't be back. I don't want to be a part of a work culture where the leadership is lacking to this degree. Who would have thought we would live in a day where a manager of all staff members would no call; no show and without any follow-up? Just wow.

I hate going to this chipoltle because the older Hispanic lady who takes my order here always gives me the smallest portion compared to other workers. Im the type of person who gets full off half a sandwich, so it blows my mind how stingy they are!!! I love chipotle and only have problems with portion size at this location with her only. She literally gives me half a spoon of everything, and when I ask for just a bit more she gives tiniest amounts you can imagine. I’ve given this location so many chances but will no longer go here. The other chipotle location is a couple minutes further but so much more worth it!

Enjoy coming here... the staff is awesome. The food is good but I do wish that most of the items served were hot. And sometimes the rice needs to cook a bit more. Chips would love to have some fresh chips with more lime lemon juice and salt on them.Parking: Stay busy and the surrounding businesses add to the lack of parking as well.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!This location In my opinion has put a stain on Chipotle’s reputation. It’s been open for about year now and the 4 out of 6 times I have visited this location I have been disappointed/insulted. Customer service don’t make you feel welcomed, foods never fresh, slow customer service, No leadership, don’t pay attention to how they make mobile orders and who the customer they giving it to. I choose not to point out individuals because I feel like this location staff needs to do better as a whole. Hopefully this review reaches the right ears and things change for the better.
