I’ve been multiple times so I can confirm it is not just one day. The rice is routinely hard, the amount you get is absolutely abysmal, even after asking for extra I don’t receive enough to be considered a normal amount. Absolutely ridiculous that this is continuously happening, would never recommend this location.

The most recent time I came in for lunch, there were only 2 other people who were already eating. I got helped as soon as I walked up. But when I got to the register, the employee took my gift card, then shoved the receipt and card in my face, and walked away immediately. I’ve never had an employee be so rude to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve left less than satisfied, either. Sometimes when I come in at around 10pm when the restaurant is completely empty, all the employees will look at me and either walk away or keep working on their task to the point I’ve walked out twice after waiting 10 minutes.

Ordered food online at 10pm and half of our stuff was missing. The guy at the window didn’t let us know. I go in and they say they are out of rice, guacamole, fajita veggies and didn’t put in the chips. What’s the point of even being open from 10pm-11pm if you aren’t making food to serve?

This was my first trip to this location. There was no line and half the tables were empty. I still had to wait to order, there were 4 employees and a manager having a meeting on the register side while I was waiting. The toppings were almost gone and I was served the least amount of toppings which at this point I wasn't gonna complain in a food restaurant. I just finished my order and left. The cashier was friendly and had a smile. However, if your at lunch and need a quick bite I'm sure they are better stocked during the lunch hours. I went around 4:30pm.

I’ve never had a bad experience at chipotle until now. I came in at 9pm and they close at 11pm, they’re in the process of closing as we speak and were extremely greedy with their portions. I repeatedly had to ask for a normal portions. The guy making my order kept literally sprinkling my cheese on instead of just grabbing a handful which should be normal for a $15 bowl of food. I’m not sure if he had a personal connection to the chipotle family and was paid for keeping as much food as possible in stock or something but it felt super aggravating. I’d understand being frugal at 10:50pm but I’d rather not try to be as considerate as possible with time and be treated like an inconvenience.

This chipotle sucks so bad, I will drive all the way across town to the other one even know I live closer to this one. They get a scoop of ingredients and then actually put some back. You get jipped every time. This is not the first time it’s happened either.
Sorry but $17 for a bowl of salad is insane. What’s in these salads that make it that expensive? Guac shouldn’t be $3 for a scoop. I don’t even pay $3 for an avocado at the market. Also, chicken was a little salty and under done.
