Food was not hot, slightly under cooked. Service was mediocre, took at least 10 minutes to be seated on a less than busy evening. Menu items ordered were not served together. Had to ask twice of service staff for biscuits and condiments and refills. Atmosphere was marginal, less than friendly, almost sterile! Not the type of experience I am use to with Cracker Barrel!

The waitress and food were great. The hostess was NOT. In all the years of going there I've never felt racism like I did that day. She sat us in the very last room with nothing but Mexican people in there. I am hispanic and that was very uncomfortable. Not that I'm ashamed of my heritage it just felt bad that she sat nothing but Mexicans in the backroom like that. I really like this place and I hour next time I go that doesn't happen again. ?

Friday fish was good but the sides were horrible.Carrots and hash brown casserole was served totally cold and hash brown casserole was burnt.biscuits and cornbread was cold.Disappointed.50% higher prices and lower quality food.?

What happened?! I used to love this place. My last visit was horrible! Waited almost an hour for our food, only to receive cold rubbery pancakes, and I don't know what was wrong with my eggs they tasted off. So disappointed because this place always brought back memories of my mom.
