I love Domino's Pizza, but this location is horrible. The service is slow, and the personnel are rude. If it wasn't for my son, I would never order from this location.

GREAT STAFF, PIZZA and WINGS!!! This is by far the best Dominos Pizza. We have been using this location for the last 6 months. Never disappointed. Usually get specialty pizza's and habanero wings. Staff is always friendly and even though they're extremely busy at times they always make sure to take care of you!!!Vegetarian options: Great vegi pizza.. lots of toppings!

Had the best experience at Domino's Pizza in Burleson today! This young man was working by himself, but that didn’t slow him down. He was making pizzas nonstop and still took great care of us, even stopping to cut my son’s pizza up behind the counter before serving it. I tried to check the receipt for his name, but didn’t see it and he wasn’t wearing a name tag. The store was nice and clean, too!

Owner- I highly recommend that you go through this store and reevaluate EVERYTHING regarding food safety. Multiple family members and I were so excited to get pizza only for the next day to be full of vomiting and sickness. Absolutely ridiculous and you should be shut down.

The worst experience, I bought 3 pizzas and when the App showed me that it was ready, I went to look for it and they didn't have it ready, I had to wait for the preparation for more than 10 minutes in the store, the system that Domino has does not work in this store

This was the perfect way to end a very long day. The pizza was hot and well made. When I went to pick up my order I was greeted by a friendly staff! Overall, the experience was very pleasant.
ordered pizza yesterday and the delivery stated 17-24 minutes and after it had been close to an hour I decided to give them a call to which they tell me they tried to call me to get an apartment number (which I made sure I included) and I don’t answer unknown numbers and if they need me they can leave a voicemail… well they left no voicemail and didn’t try to call again so my pizzas sat out for a good 30+ minutes. when the pizzas arrived the dominos driver dropped them both on the ground and instead of offering to take them to go get new ones made, he said if we have any “problems” call and they will make us a new one. I called, to be told there was a 45 minute wait to get our pizzas replaced so we opted for credit and had nothing for dinner. i’ve tried to give this dominos chances but I don’t think I will order from them again.

Called after our order hadn't been delivered after almost 30 minutes past delivertime, after seeing a car drive by our house slowly for several minutes. We called, they stated we didn't order from them, told we were on hold for the manager and hung up on. We called back, heard the manager re-state our correct address and correct phone number and said he would call the delivery driver. We saw the same car maybe 7 minutes later, we flagged down the car down, he STILL had an incorrect address and phone number? I dont know what they are doing here, but the communication is not great. We usually order from marcos and will probably continue to after this lol

Loved Dominos, go there every Saturday night for my kids, did not appreciate an employee sweeping right in front of me while I was waiting for my pizza,, disrespectfully brushing it towards my face. What a rude behavior!
