I stopped by for my first time and was unfamiliar with their menus or how to order. I had the absolute worst person working with me. She rambled off stuff and had a bad attitude. She seemed to be put off by the fact I had never been there. When I went I was first excited because I have been wanting to try y'all. I will not be coming back or recommending you to other people.

Love Dutch Bros coffee and the variety/options available. Don't see what you want on the menu, then they'll find a way to make one up for you. Plus the coffee tastes so much better that others. Just a shame we always go there when it's so busy!

The two rows going in you can have seven cars in one line and three in another and if you’re in the longest line, everyone in the other line will be taken care of before you they take your money and your tip and then just let all the cars fight among themselves to get through the drive-through it is the biggest cluster I have ever seen and what’s so sad is the coffee is good but I will not go if there is more than two cars at that place don’t do it or you will be there for possibly 45 minutes it’s been this way since they opened ??♀️

We visit Dutch Bros quite often and this location is pretty inconsistent. Today I got a Freedom Rebel and it tasted like straight syrup - you couldn’t taste any of the actual energy drink. It was so bad that we threw it away. One time we ordered and they forgot to put any flavoring in it and then argued with us when we asked to get a new one. Usually everyone is very friendly but the drive-thru always moves pretty slowly.
Fast and friendly. Several beverages to choose from . Walk up or drive thru. You don't actually enter the building. Coffee was favorable and price was

Stopped by saturday morning, very very long wait after 30 mins i finally got to the window. The girl at the window was very sweet and apologetic for the wait she was doing a good job, but the girls behind her had no urgency to make the drinks, just talking and goofing off. Giving 1 star because the girl at the window was nice.

Used to love stopping by daily, the ladies helping you were awesome and my drink was always soo good. Stopped by today and the drive thru line was long, no worries, I walked up to order at the window. There were three girls inside, when I walked up one of the girls was making drinks, one was at the window attending the drive thru window and the other girl was putting a trash bag in the can. I saw two girls look at me and ignore me and keep talking. I waited when they were all working on one drink order, after two cars were helped through drive thru and no one had come to the window to take my order, I knocked on the window. You could tell they weren’t happy I knocked, one of the girls came over didn’t smile and took my order. They ignored the other person that walked up to the window behind me and he ended up leaving, shaking his head. Customer service at this location is very subpar, if you don’t like your job and don’t want to take my order, it’s time for you to move on.
