I'm typically a big Hibachi fan, but this one just wasn't in line with my expectations for Hibachi. This one was overpriced compared to most, with not enough to make up for the price in our opinion. The food was good, the environment was loud and chaotic with too many people wilding out for lack of a better phrase.If you can spend the extra, it's an alright place, but I've experienced better Hibachi for cheaper.

We used to come here a lot just for the sushi, but we stopped late last year because the waitress stopped us because we didn't give her a big enough tip.Then we came back to give it another shot with my father for a family dinner. This time, the same waitress ignored us for over 30 minutes, and when my father asked for service, she berated us because she remembered us, and she refused to serve us until we told her we just want to eat.I'm appaled and I never want to come back.

Rude! The cook was so rude. We think because we were a big party with a mandatory tip, we were treated badly. I will say our server was nice. But the table that came in after us was served first with a nice chef. Our poor chef apparently hates his life. We had two small children, why weren't they served their steamed rice, first! Kids were hungry and had to sit and wait and wait for Amy food at We asked the chef for the steamed rice and he said ask your server we wanted an extra sauce dish, chef said no. We have been to several hibachi restaurants and this was the worse customer service

First time visit, vacationing from out of town and looked up restaurant online. Service was spot on, food was delicious and our chef was HILARIOUS. Overall we had an amazing time!!

Do not bring your loved one here to celebrate. Do not come with more than two people. Food is good but reservation policy is ridiculous and unlike any other restaurant. Service is subpar. Burleson and surrounding areas desperately need another hibachi place. We will not be returning here.. we will make the drive to Arlington or Fort Worth before we come here again.

I usually have good experiences here, but today our table waited 45+ minutes because the grill wasn’t hot enough. They didn’t move us when tables were clearly open, and the manager made the chef cook anyways. He was also getting frustrated because the grill went out like 4 times. Wasn’t his fault, it was managements fault. Don’t seat people at tables where the grill CLEARLY doesn’t work. Chef had to move grills in the middle of cooking. Chicken wasn’t cooked very well due to transferring and trying to reheat grills in the process. I’ve also had friends work here and say management is terrible. Disappointed at how down hill it’s gone. I felt bad for the chef too. Management needs to get it together.

We ALWAYS come here and it’s NEVER AN ISSUE! When we spend $60 a person there is a level of expectancy to the customer service/atmosphere. Tonight was not it. The manager was rude on the phone that’s ok the food is still good! When I arrive I waited 40+ minutes for my order. Ok cool, I understand busy! What I don’t understand is when an employee GIVES me my food that I prepaid for and I have 3 other employees approach me and continuously ask me if “that’s my food?”. Then on top of that I spend $170 dollars on 3 people and I get 1 sauce for it?? Then when I proceeded to ask, it was a hostile “YOU HAVE TO PAY for more” it’s not what you say it’s how you say it! As a loyal customer I am beyond disappointed in the customer service tonight! There was 4 other people yelling at the manager about the same issue! I am cool calm and collected as always but have some respect please!

Although pricey, we absolutely love this place. We come here for everyone's birthday in our house. Such a special treat and always amazing, their fried rice is second to none!!Ask for Daddy, he's hilarious and is great for getting shy people out of their shell!Kid-friendliness: Great options for kids and always a fun show to keep them entertained!

Great food and service. We had the Kiss Kiss Hibachi for two and a couple rolls. Decent value. The combo included 4 different meats and a glass of wine.
