Their customer service isnt all the greatest and absolutely doesn't fit the need of fast food. early morning the one girly is very racist towards any race and if they make your food wrong or serve cold fries after waiting in line they get mad at you and as well as i was served very burny bacon

It doesn't matter what time you come to this place between 1 and 5 AM.. They can never serve you food. The computers are always resetting. I've tried 6 times in 2 weeks.... I will never come back to this place.

I don’t know what’s going on with Jack in the box. They are using tenders and spicy chicken sandwich. It’s getting smaller. I will stop going there.
Ordered on mobile app and chose drive thru. Pulled up to window,stated my name. Young guy at window handed me my food, never said a word and closed the window. Has done this three times in past. Made complaint to manager,obviously with no results.

This place sucks. I had to ask for my cups. I ordered the good good sauce, and was told that they was almost out, the guy behind the counter was cussing like a sailor and then proceeds to tell me that he doesn't work for free and that he will not help me. K get my food and it was the poorest quality ever! I USED to come here all the time! I'm done with this place. So over it and not worth it!

This place is always slow. They take forever. The food is always nasty. Only come here every now and again just for tacos and they can never even even get that order right they’re always take forever then its cold and soggy this place needs either new management or to be shut down because of the nasty sloppy trashy people that work there.
