First time and super freaking awesome and delicious. Reese was a cool dude. He explained the flavors and was patient with some indecisiveness. The ice cream quality is amazing and I would put it up there with Kilwins. I didn't know this gem was here and now I am stoked to have a local ice cream shop near by. We even got 3 pints to go. The PB Slam reminded me of my Granny's Peanut Butter fudge. It was awesome!!!
Great service and ice cream was great. Young lady was very helpful to my family during our 1st visit. GREAT JOB MORGAN'S ICE CREAM, I will be coming back again.

This is such a cute place to relax and enjoy very good ice cream!! The server was super sweet and knew her customers just by their faces!! The ice cream was thick and not overly sweet which was perfect.

Staff was rude and incompetent, the place is filthy - I got sticky, melted, ice cream all over my arm when I sat down at one of the tables. It also smelled like gray water inside - gross - and the service was horrendously slow. It took about 25 minutes for them to get my simple order made. There is absolutely no excuse for this whatsoever! And when I asked about their monthly flavors, the girl had no idea what she was talking about. She kept saying - "hmmm...I'm not sure about that. Let me check." I don't want you to check - I want you to study the menu so that when people ask about it, you'll have a better answer than "...let me check." How do you work there and not know what the monthly flavors are?!?! The worst part is, I drove up from over an hour away because people talked about how good it was. To be honest, even if the customer service was top notch and the facility was spic-n-span, the ice cream just wasn't that great. I don't know if my bad experience contributed to that, or if the ice cream really just wasn't very good. At any rate, I will not be making the same mistake twice - once was all I needed. I do not recommend this place and will not be visiting again. Hell, I'd recommend Braum's over this disaster of a business.

Fudged up cookie dough (with added sprinkles) is my FAVORITE flavor. It's vegan, gluten free, and SO good!! Their cold brew float with wookie cookies ice cream is delicious too. This place is worth the stop!

I was delighted to discover that there was a location closer to my home! My daughter and I decided to go l to try the limited release Christmas flavors. When we entered 2 young ladies were behind the counter but neither greeted us. However, when we approached the counter to order, we noticed that a few flavors were sold out. We decided on the flight of ice creams so that we each could try 2 flavors. I chose gingerbread salted caramel and Wookies cookies for my flavors. The gingerbread salted caramel was my favorite but I didn't taste any salted caramel as the name states. The Wookies Cookies was just ok until I got to the bottom of the scoop and tasted the oatmeal cookies. Overall, the flavors chosen were just ok. I still recommend giving them a try as it is a locally owned ice cream shop.

This place has amazing homemade ice cream! The seasonal flavors are a must try. This last visit I got gingerbread salted caramel and I think it's the best all time ice cream flavor I've had!

First time coming here. Service was awesome. For a little place it was very inviting. Customer service was excellent. I ordered their version of cookies and cream. By far the BEST ice cream I have ever had. I got it in the cookie sandwich. Cookies were great ice cream was beyond great. Anyone and everyone needs to come here and give them your business. I will definitely be back for more.
