Mr. Jim’s used to be great! Not any more. I’m not sure if it’s under new management or what?!?!!!! I ordered two pizzas for delivery and both were burnt. The manager was no help either when I called to explain that my pizza was burnt. Will NOT be back!

Friday night pizza... yay!Out of all the times by this location, I never noticed it until we received the brochure in the mail. Anyhow, we order two larger pizzas ? ?. One was Jalepeños & ?, and the other was pepperoni & sausage. It took about 20 minutes when ordering carry out. The pizza was a little too overcooked and greasy for my liking, but my family enjoyed the crunch & grease ?.May I recommend, finding another location to store ALL those pizza boxes, to give the location a better atmosphere. Although the location didn't look dirty, the clutter does not help the appeal, hence 2 stars.Other than that, the young man and lady were friendly and helpful.The question is will we eat her again? Yes, when we receive another coupon ?.

Ordered on 1/2/24 for the first time.I walked in and placed my order with a lovely young lady working the night shift. I ordered a bunch of different/random things so my family and I can try them out for the first time.She greeted me when walking in, told her I'm placing an order to go, she asked me if I ever ate with them before and made some spectacular suggestions.Her favorite thing on the menu was jimsticks with bacon and I gotta say it's mine too!My young kiddo doesn't like cheese very much so we ordered a white sauce, pepperoni, with no cheese. She even suggested that since there's no cheese on it, that the sauce will dry up a lot and recommend we get extra sauce with it, I really do appreciate her help and it was definitely the right call.We also tried the sticky fingers stuffed crust with garlic parmesan crust, and oh man was that good!Some other young man walked to the front and even made a suggestion for the three cheese pizza and of course my wife and I had to try that.We ordered a few more things, but everything was delicious, the recommendations were spectacular, great customer service, and everything you'll need in a pizza place.

We ordered Mr. Jim's Saturday night and our order came faster then expected, fresh, hot and delicious. The driver was so sweet, very respectful and let us know that our pizza just came out of the oven so the pizza is hot, be careful. I hope she is our regular pizza deliverer for now on!

It was our first time ordering from here. Everything was very good, best pizza we’ve had in a while. Pizza toppings tasted very fresh. Delivery driver was very nice. Great experience overall. Highly recommended and will be ordering again.

Have stumbled into mediocrity, Las delivery 40 dollars ,n there were no toppings ,lame ,,no parmesion or red pepper offered, nor available ,used too be my go to pizza place

Finally got done chewing Mr. Jim’s Pizza and felt the need to warn you. This place is terrible. The pizza was overcooked, toppings charred and void of flavor, and I literally felt like I was eating rubber. Just save yourself the time and go anywhere else.
This place has gone down hill, I never minded the price because the pizza was alway great. The last few times not so much. I ordered pizza a few weeks ago and I paid for extra cheese on two and sausage as well, it looked like I got the delish versions and I had sheets of black burnt cheese from a pan on another. Called and asked for the manager since they were closed when I got home and he said he would give me a credit. Well I got to order and I had a 10 dollar credit. I spent 60 bucks on a stuff we could not eat.

I think we need to be a little bit more empathy to the drivers and how fast they get the delivery to us. The nice driver that delivered my food this evening told me 2 people called in. We need more compassion and understanding so, before you do a review just think. Try to understand where they're coming from because the food was still great.
