Ordered on the app. Came 2 min after the order was supposed to be ready for pick-up. Just to see the workers goofing off and laughing. I ask for my order. Oh we are making it now!... 10min later. We don't have part of your order could you please wait another 7-10 min?. No I cant... I didn't order on the app so that I can come in to enjoy the show. Please retrain your staff. Highly disappointed. Wish my time mattered to the employees but they were just too busy standing around laughing.

The manager Jaesung is weird. This restaraunt is weird. They messed up my order, didn’t give me the right thing back, and then made me SIGN a paper to get the wrong thing again?! Think again.

If you aren't in the drive thru at lunch time, you will wait for a while before getting served. At least 2 of their food choices have been empty as well the last few times we've gone.

The person waiting on my husband was great. The lady that acted like she was in charge was not. I guess this kind lady put 2 extra shrimp in my order. The lady called her out on it and made her go back to my order after she moved on to my husband’s and made her remove 2 shrimp. The lady that thinks she’s in charge needs to be demoted and retrained in customer service. There is a way to train people and it’s not in front of customers for something so stupid. This is strike 2 against this location for us, we may just start going to their other Burleson location where we have NEVER had an issue.

Got told it would be a 4 minute wait for something to get made, they told me to pull around to the doors and waited 20 minutes and nobody brought me my food. I had to go inside and they didn’t even know.
