This has got to be one of the friendliest Papa Murphy's stores I've ever been to. They are always prompt with their service. They take care to make sure your pizza is prepared exactly the way you ordered it. I only had one problem due to a mixup in the store hours between their online app and the actual location. They took the time to call me and let me know that they would wait until I arrived even though the store had already closed. Now that is real service!Parking: Drive-thru window is available.

Customer Service. Terrible.we called our order IN for pick up. The girl took the order and hung up. Didn't say your order will be ready in 20min or anything and not even a bye NOTHING!!! We had to call back because we didn't know cost or time. Terrible... then we got there to pick up in person the service didn't improve. Papa Murphy's you have great food but you need to train your staff. Do better!!
