Ordered on the app and went to pick up the food. When Cory finally brought the food apparently I wasn't taking my food and drinks fast enough. I was trying to ask him for a drink holder since he didn't bring one and he kept saying here.. here as I was trying to get my drinks since he came up behind me instead of in front of my truck. When I took my last drink he was gone. I pushed the button and told the guy that I didn't appreciate Cory rushing me and the guy said "No, ma'am he wasn't". He was just as rude. I will never go back to this Sonic ever! Food wasn't that great either.

If you order a pulled pork bbq sandwich expect to only have a spoon full of pulled pork. It for sure doesn’t like the commercial. Spend the money for less meat. Never again. Should have had went to McDonald’s like I was told.

ordered the new hickory bbq burger and was excited to try it, but i got home, and there was no bbq nor the bacon i added to it. i hadnt been to sonic in a while because all the burleson stores are pretty bad, but i thought it had been long enough that surely things had changed but no. there are plenty of places in burleson to eat, dont waste your money here, i know i wont ever give sonic another chance for the rest of my life

Terrible!!!I waited at the intercom for like 5 minutes someone poked head out and still did not acknowledge that I was waiting to place an order. The manager sierra had the worst excuses for the unprofessional clowns that work on Friday nights. 2 cars drove away that were behind me and I wonder if the owner knows about the business they are losing at night due to this behavior. I understand mostly kids work there but there were 2 people that looked like young adults.This is the second time tgis has happened with the same manager and seems to be her pattern. Will be escalating to corporate this time.

Had to wait about 20 min to get 2 oreo blasts when there was maybe 3 other customers there. And apparently they only use 1 single oreo in a small blast at this location. I'll never come back to this one and will drive further to a different
