Wanted to update an old review because I was so impressed today.Great service, well-kept store, especially since it was lunch rush! The 3 employees there on 3/1/24 at 12:15 were great and all deserve to be praised!Kid-friendliness: Had my 4 year old with me and one of the female employees listened intently to the story she was being told.

This is the ONLY place I have ever seen that refuses to purchase sugar substitutes for their unsweet tea. I was told “we have sugar” I stated I’m diabetic and the employee stated they are not allowed to purchase any artificial sweeteners. The owner needs to find another hobby and get out of food service.

The Service was terrible!! All the staff were rude! there was one young lady at the register conversing with her sister i overheard one of the young ladies refer to the other as such, she rang us up and didn't say a word to us!. The young man making my food was unbelievably rude! He asked me questions about my order as if i didn't know what i was ordering he referred to the banana peppers as "pickled yellow lettuce " and laughed afterwards as if i was some sort if incompetent person! and was also rude and asked my boyfriend the same question in a certain degrading tone! A person like that should NOT work in the food service industry or customer service period! I couldn't recall neither of the workers names but they were definitely younger people around 18teen to 21yrs old. I will never return to this Subway establishment here i dont feel welcomed being a PAYING customer! Do better with hiring people who can actually give good customer service !!!

Opens and closes like a small business, it seems. They took and confirmed an order about an hour before close and then I guess just decided to say screw it and close up shop without even cancelling the order. D****

I've been disappointed the last few times I've been in, not that I expect a whole lot from Subway. Never tastes as fresh as the other sub shops nearby. It's just closer for me. Honestly, my last sandwich would have been good if when I said "light mayo," the lady behind the counter had not genuinely put a HUGE amount on there. When I bit into the sandwich, the mayo oozed out of it, unappetizing and disappointing. The last two employees I interacted with were also rude, would roll their eyes if I asked for the sandwich to be toasted or if I asked for more toppings (which I certainly don't mind paying for btw)

I understand not liking your job somedays but you choose food services. These ladies were ridiculous having such a terrible attitude to a customer when they had simple requests for their order. Then get aggravated when the customer was double checking to make sure they did it right because of multiple sandwiches. And then ignore them at the end of the transaction not even making eye contact. Over bagging the order and clearly aggravated pushing the order towards them.1/17/23 4:00pm
