Eat here often. This visit there was only 1 person making food and taking orders. The line was long and was at least a 20 minute wait to get a sandwich made. I would not recommend this subway. Very unprofessional.

Came in at 9:15am, 15 minutes after opening only to find three other Walmart employees eating and gossiping at the table and telling me the Subway was closed.Get it together.

Went to the subway on Wilshire and John Jones. The third time I have ordered on line and when I got home it was missing items and the sanwich was made wrong. I almost feel like they do it on purpose. This time I was missing 6 items and my sandwich was supposed to be toasted with cheese. It was NOT toasted and had no cheese. I even double checked the receipt thinking that maybe I made a mistake. It was clearly on the receipt.

Ordered a cater sandwich July 2020 and Ashley was super helpful. Loved the customer service and attention to detail. Place is always great but wanted to shout out to Ashley because I forgot to do the survey.

Employees ignore you and then very rude. Serving half cooked chicken. Then wanted my refund no one could operate cash register. One server with red hair had something moving in her hair. Made me leave and go somewhere else. Bad run store.

This Subway today wasn't fresh. Especially the tomatoes. I had to ask them to put fresh tomatoes on my sandwich. They tried to put old soft tomatoes on the sandwich. Then she got a attitude when I asked her.

Workers are friendly that's a plus, a little disappointed worker wasn't informed on how to make the sweet n smoky steak and guac wrap. I had to walk him step by step on what is in it and it was my first time to ever have it (I just went by what was on the picture). The floors in here are extremely dirty they definitely need to be mopped especially under the tables. Also Subway you need to provide your employees with new shirts!!!!! This guys shirt was DIRTY and had holes in it.
