I just left the store about 15minutes ago, when I walked in a employee was asleep at a table in the dining room I had to wake him up so he could go get his co worker in the back to come out and take my food order.

I went into SUBWAY® on Tuesday night and got my wife a sandwich and got me some cookies. When I got home, I took a bite out of my first cookie and had 2 hairs wrap around my teeth and over my tongue. Took me a second to figure out and I spit back out and then had to unwrap the hair from my teeth. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever dealt with. I then spent two days trying to call the store and speak to a manager to no avail. I decided today to go back up there and try to see if the store manager was available and it ended up being some 18 year old kid. I explain to him the situation and he just looked at me and was very unapologetic when he said sorry I will not visit that store again

If you want to "eat fresh'" this subway is not the place. I know that going in so that's not their fault. Mgmt struggles to find reliable employees so the speed and quality of service varies greatly from week to week.

Smdh I made and on the app the Manger called me talking about we ran out of steak but we have a truck coming into tonight you can pickup your order tomorrow. I don't wanna wait until tomorrow I want my money refused to refund me.

Right off the main drag and easy to find and convenient. Restrooms were clean from top to bottom. Plenty of parking for residential vehicles as well as Semi/Construction vehicles. Service was wonderful and

The young man didn't make our sandwiches right. And, we also asked for double meat and did not get it.

It was a great experience coming here and the manager Jessie was fantastic with the customer service and help he provided and the store looked very clean and well kept. I definitely recommend come here and seeing this plac for themselves.

Ever since the NEW MANAGEMENT everything about this store has changed!!!! They have great service and they are super sweet!!! I recommend coming here and grabbing your food... We love all the staff but if you Karen and Zach you will have lots of laughs and great service!!! We love our 1187 subway!
