This location is just not very good. Quality is very inconsistent. I love having healthy options so I keep trying them again. I’ve had really great wraps, and I’ve had wraps that the inside was completely soured. This morning they served the açaí bowl completely frozen. I just wish they were consistent. It’s also really weird that they hand you the thing to slide your card and tell you how to tip them while doing it.

I always have to come by for a smoothie! Pomegranate plunge is my absolute favorite. I always use the drive thru. Sometimes it does take a while but then again it’s understandable due to the amount of smoothies they have to make with numerous ingredients. Strongly recommend!

We went there through drive through on 12/16 and they had to take the order twice. Both smoothies we got were not mixed well. One had chunks of ginger and mango and the other did not mix well and had to work hard to shake it and still had 3 inches I couldn't drink. I have been to other locations of Tropical Cafe and they have been great. This location is, no.

Super nice to have a smoothie place again in Burleson!!! First time and and first time using the app, super easy and user friendly. Was ready to go right when I got there. Service was super fast. The place was absolutely spotless on cleanliness. Would very much recommend! I'm sure I will be back many times because I do like to have a smoothie!

My gym has an event this place catered for. I decided to pop in to try it out and I was not disappointed. Elizabeth was kind and attentive while taking my order. I got a detox island green smoothie paired with the Caribbean Jerk chicken wrap. Definitely a nice spot to try out for breakfast or lunch. Located right behind Dutch Bros Coffee on Wilshire.

This was my first time coming to this location. I love the smoothies and food but this location has absolutely terrible service. I went through the drive through and the girl who toll my order was super soft on the intercom. I asked if they could repeat what they said because I couldn’t hear her. She got louder with an attitude, then proceeded to be softer after that with me continuing to ask her to repeat herself. When I got to the window she handed me my phone then asked me what my order was. There one only one car in front of me when I got in line…. I told her my name on the order then with me holding my card out for her, not looking at me she mumbles cash or card. Then waited for me to say card, still not looking at me. She gave me the card reader and walked away. She came back and took the card reader then closed the window. I didn’t go anywhere because I didn’t get my smoothie. She open the window and said “Did you forget something? You didn’t get your smoothie?” I said no I didn’t, she walked away then came back, didn’t say anything, stuck my smoothie out the window, I grab it said thank you and she just shut the window never looking at me once after walking away to get my smoothie. I don’t understand why you would hire anyone with no customer service at all, just rude. Maybe I’ll try another time to get better service.

I was so excited when this place got here because we needed healthier options in Bulreson. But the service was extremely disappointing. There is a more cheerful and better environment at the Hulen one. The service was so slow and they forget things A LOT. It's not even my first time coming to this location. I've been here a few times and the service is always slow, forgetful, and they look like they want to off themselves after the shift. What is going on at this location that can't compete with the one on Hulen? Because I know the other one is more busy. For it being new, this shouldn't be a problem. The food is fine and great though.

The smoothies were awful! We spent $16 for two and had to throw them both away. It taste like a drop of flavoring mixed with a whole bag of ice. I could never imagine buying a smoothie from this establishment again.The boy working the counter on July 19th at approximately 8:40pm seemed to hate his job. He never smiled, never greeted us, never thanked us. I'm sure your business will go on without our money but our money won't be wasted here again.
