Twice we have ordered from the app and they got our orders wrong. This 2nd time I actually called them on it. We ordered wraps. First, neither was labeled so we had to completely unwrap them and at the time, I didn't realize there was no cheese or avocado, (even though our receipt shows I paid for them) until my husband saw they were missing. Cutting onions at 5pm on a weekday is not a good idea. Everyone in the place had watery eyes and was complaining. My eyes burned so bad. Cutting stock should be done at closing or before opening.
