Having to edit my previous 4 stars from years ago. The service and competency of employees at the canton location has plummeted to just shut down levels. Nearly every to go alcohol beverage comes non alcoholic because they are probably drinking it themselves (ordered 2 long island ice teas, got 2 glasses of ice with nothing in them), nearly every food item ordered is missing something (no bacon on a whiskey bacon burger, no fries with burger meal, no fries or drink with kids meal) only way to ensure your food is right is to eat inside and pick only water...

My husband and I go here every two weeks to have 1$ margaritas and our server Dylan is amazing. Such a good worker and gentlemen. Keep it up Applebee's!

We had the lunch special cheeseburger which came with frys. My wife and I split the burger, the price was $9.95, it was plenty for the two of us and a pretty good burger. While in the restaurant we noticed the daily drink specials, we didn't partake but they seem like something we will remember for the future. I was impressed with our waitress and left her a larger than normal tip. Haven't been to an Applebee's in years but I will try them again.

I have traveled extensively and I have never encountered the lack of service or the level of ignorance like I did in this restaurant. My husband and I are traveling with our dog. All Applebee’s that we have visited are pet friendly and we have never had a problem until today. We asked if they accepted dogs and I was told yes in the outdoor dining area. We were told that there was a 30 minute wait. We gave our name and phone number. we sat and waited. After 40 minutes, I went inside and jokingly ask her if she had forgotten us. To which she responded yes. And, they could not serve us because we were sitting outside and the servers would not serve us. I asked if I could bring my dog inside. There were very few people and there was an isolated table. To which she responded no. In summary: why couldn’t she have told us that she didn’t want to serve us and save us 40 minutes. I could claim discrimination because we are Cuban-Americans in all good old boys and girls restaurant. However, I don’t believe in discrimination; I believe in the ignorance of others.

Ordered 2 ribeye steak meals medium rare, they came out as sirloin steaks well done. My son ordered a kids chicken Alfredo and asked for no Parmesan cheese, his order came out with zero Alfredo sauce. It was just the noodles and chicken. My other sons got wings… they were satisfied with those.Otherwise it was clean, the servers were friendly enough. Just disappointed with our meals overall.
