They have a wonderful selection in reputable, natural supplements. They also carry a small selection on baking and food item including refrigerated probiotics. I love this store. The employees also have a lot of knowledge when it comes to their products to help you make the right choice. If you buy supplements anywhere like cvs or the grocery store. I love our hometown healthfood store. I use to buy everything online or drive to Dallas... Then I found this little gem of a store. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have answered so many questions and made excellent suggestions for me to try. The carry a large range of vitamins, supplements, organic seasoning, organic groceries and snacks. There's honestly too many different items to mention. I recommend this store!

Stopped in for the first time and left with more than expected lolThey have an awesome selection of grain and gluten free foods (which is super rare in Canton) and the vitamin and essential oil selection can't be beat!
