Had been here before but had not eaten here for couple years. Took friend there couple days ago, and was surprised that the food was bad. The delicious redish colored gorditas were terrible. The dough was not gordita dough - it was dry and plastic-like. The gordita did not even smell like gordita dough when properly fried. The ground beef was dry and had not taste. We just left food on plate - most of it. Maybe the cook had a bad day but something was done to the gordita dough that made it taste like leather. My friend agreed with me so I believe I am in the right. Only good thing was the ice tea.

Had dinner with my dad ,mom, wife and daughter this evening.The food and service was great , our waiter was very attentive . We live in the Far East of El Paso and pick up my parents from the Westside to have dinner. It’s well worth the drive. 5 Stars. Thanks The Escobar Family.

Su y a cute little local spot. The food was good, I ordered everything chicken, and the chicken was a little dry for my taste. Next time I'll choose beef instead so it can have a little bit of taste and juicy flavor. Overall, great experience! Ana was a wonderful waitress!

This was a ridiculous night. We ordered at 6:30pm. The woman on the line informed us it would be a 20 minute wait, who by the way had no customer service skills. She was rude and could not handle multiple tasks as she placed us on hold due to too many things happening, at least those were her words. We arrived a few minutes before the 20 minutes were up and were told it would be an additional 30 minutes. We ordered close to $100 of food. The manager came out and for the inconvenience discounted a $5 item. No we did not need the discount but there was no responsibility, accountability, or remorse. This was ridiculous.

Love this place! Placed a large order for a party and spoke to Josh. He was awesome in putting together some choices for us. He was even cool enough to break it down according to price. Not to mention the most important part, everyone at the party loved the food! Thanks again Josh! I'll be hitting you up again for our next event ??

I had two different friends, recommend the little diner for the Gorditas. A friend of mine & I went there for dinner last week. Let’s just say I won’t be going back there anytime soon. The server was really nice and accommodating and apologetic. But the Gorditas were subpar, we got the ground beef ones and the ground beef was dry and overcooked. The salsa was delicious but the chips were cooked in rancid grease. Our server eventually brought us out some better tasting ones. There were a total of six tables while we were there and only one server. And it was early like 5:00 PM. So we waited a while for everything. That’s the only reason I didn’t give the service 5 stars, but he was very nice.

sorry to say, but the food is terrible I didn't bother to take a picture. But is that had taste well deserved to mention that the coke was excellent.and that was the only good tasting thing they have. not recommended....

Waiter recommended the Combination plate (Gordita, taco, enchilada) and mentioned that the Chili Colorado Gordita was his favorite. So I ordered all of it. Plus queso dip for the table, on top of the chips and salsa provided.Combination plate was very good, absolutely delicious. The chili Colorado Gordita was amazing, just packed with flavor. Will definitely order Gordita’s the chili Colorado way next time we go.

The service was great. The food was bland. The salsa had plenty of green chile, but it tasted flat. My tacos were hot and crisp, but the meat was unseasoned. My chile relleno was fluffy and crispy with plenty of cheese, but it needed salt and pepper.Will I return? No.

A little out of the way but totally worth it. Food was excellent. Red enchiladas were a true red sauce instead of the red roux style. Tacos were excellent. Gorditas excellent. Really busy with limited staff but worth the patience. Prices are decent. Might seem expensive but on par with all the other places around.

My companion and i sat out on the patio area and my dog nalah. The waitress attended to us in a very appropriate time. Was attentive and courteous. The food was good but the sauce for the enchiladas was a little bitter to me. I got to experiment with my taste buds with a combination plate, the taco was on point. The enchilada wasn't my favorite, high five for the gordita, I had to get an extra one. They're agua de horchata, was really good, especially after that enchilada. But over all I enjoyed myself, it was pleasant enough to have a good conversation and take advantage of a nice day out.
