“El Paso is our hometown. We try and visit yearly. This is one of our stops before heading back to Vegas. We usually buy 20-30 packs of tortillas to bring back home to the family here and keep some in the freezer ? hands down best tortillas ever! We grew up in westway this is a comfort spot for us ???? keep killing it! Thank you for always being super nice to our family when we come into town!“
“(Translated by Google) Very good service, a lot of variety of appetizers, we ordered a chilindrina and a fruit cocktail. Both were very well served and very cheap, definitely the best restaurant for appetizers 1000/10!!???(Original)Muy buen servicio, mucha variedad de antojitos, pedimos una chilindrina y un cóctel de fruta. Los dos estaban muy bien servidos y muy económico, definitivamente el mejor restaurante para antojitos 1000/10!!???“
“Great little place off the beaten path with a really nice menu. Prices are a little high for the area, but the food is good and the serving sizes are huge!Service staff is very attentive and polite. Green Chile chicken enchiladas were delish!Bathrooms were a little ghetto, but no complaints overall. Decor is interesting and quite humorous. Fun family spot.“
“The only thing I have ever had here is the Menudo and it is definitely on point. They take pride in the quality of it. They have a drive-thru but they are so busy you might have to wait a while but trust me it is worth it. The staff is always friendly the portions are and the menudo is wonderful and stands out when every place in town has Menudo. The hunt for good Menudo can be fun and frustrating and led me to this wonderful place. Glad I found it. It is located in an old military Quonset hut and parking can definitely be tricky but be patient it is worth it.“
“This Lil place is a Gem in the El Paso area. The best food , the owners are the greatest . This Lil place beats all the other restaurants I have been to in the El Paso area by far . My number one place to go eat at . People do not pass this restaurant up!! ??????????“
“Well, I got to start with the food, it was delicious. My friend and I enjoyed every bite we took. The staff was friendly, communicating with us, always very attentive and respectful. Service was with an accurate time of waiting. Got to say that I did love the decorations, for being a Mexican restaurant, they were on point. Not too much but just culturally accurate. Some not too loud music would off been great. A little advice, if you're so hidden up on the slope, maybe you should place a bigger sign closer to the street, with lights that will let drivers know, Heeey we're here, come eat! Thank you for a great, pleasant time. Good job.Kid-friendliness: In my opinion, the restaurant is save, with open spaces and big enough for kids to be okay. The only thing is that kids shouldn't be left alone outside, it's close to a busy street and the restaurant is hidden.“
“Is the best! I love it! I always come here, I'm a regular customer. They always taste very good, I would like them to open later than 3pm but it can't be closed hehe. It is very fresh and has good seasoning. Very friendly and fast. I just don't like DoorDash because it lets you order for pickup until 5pm and it's not open at that time anymore. I fought a lot to get my money back.“
“Well i need to say that the food is excellent. Perfect spices and it's just beautiful to look at. REALLY. The atmosphere is at a level where you can jsvr a conversation and understand eachother, customer service coyld use a little help. Just a but of training would do and for them to know that the customer is fitst and alwas right but i do recommend it for anyone. Family oriented as wel. Go have some tacos theyre just Great!“
“Have been going to Alicia's Burritos since I can remember. They offer a variety of Burritos, tacos, tortas, and even menudo. The tortillas are always on point, not to mention the Chiple burritos. If you have a chance swing by Westway and grab yourself a burrito. Be prepared for long lines of loyal customers coming back over and over.4/5 stars, they need a bigger seating area for dine in.“
“Honestly the food was cold and tasteless. Even my husband who had the huevos divorciados, and is always positive and excited about Mexican food and can always find something good to say about any place we go to, he was not at all thrilled. Meet was tough, and again cold food.Normally I take home leftovers because I can't eat an entire combination plate, but this place I left everything behind. Service was good though. I am well versed in Mexican food and have been to countless places, and unfortunately this place was not very good.“
“This is the most amazing Barbacoa I've ever eaten anywhere in the USA and or Mexico. Very well worth getting off I 10 frwy and get your grubb on, its only open Friday Saturday and Sunday for now but they also service parties and large takeout orders. Did I mention that the Charro beans and everything else we have tried are also delicious ?? too. Very small place with only 2 tables and 4 chairs each, but don't let that stop you.Parking: The location for this restaurant is right on the corner under the traffic ? lights ?“
“The best tamales in town! All food there is delicious. Lines are long outside, BUT THE LINE GOES BY FAST… My husband can’t stand too long, BUT SECURITY BROUGHT HIM A CHAIR TO SIT ON, it went by quick. Thank you!Parking: People come and go, so there is always parking available. If I did not pick other foods, is because I haven’t had them yet. Thank you!“
“I looooooove the flautas! I have also enjoyed their corn on the cup.The aguas frescas are a treat especially in the summer,my favorite flavor is cucumber lime. The torta de milanesa........yuuuuuuum! The tacos.....I have enjoyed barbacoa and cochinita pibil. Haven't been disappointed at all.“
“Flautas Tepalca was an experience, they have really delicious food for low prices. I had the Flauta plate and it was so fulfilling and made me want more. The agua de melón was also very delicious and added a nice sweet taste to my mouth after the meal :)“
“I really liked this place. Their bread was delicious! I specially liked the chocolate sponges. The prices are amazing and customer service is outstanding!! This was my first time there but definitely not the last. I recomend. I havr yet to try their food but the sweet bread is very good.“
“Stopped in for a late lunch after a long travel day. Visiting the town I was born in! Was greeted promptly and warmly. Struck up a friendly conversation and as soon as the owner realized we were there for the first time she offered a host of delicious salsas and took her time to explain each one. They were delicious! My wife ordered a smothered burrito (with beans, coleslaw, and shredded lettuce) and I had their red Chile enchiladas with Chile con carne with a over-easy fried egg. Again…it was awesome. Will definitely return and I highly recommend. You you’ll enjoy it …“
