Always a great date or hangout spot! Love the modern decor and the presentation of the food. Everything was absolutely delicious and looking forward to the next time!

Food is great. However, we showed up close to closing and felt rushed. Was greeted with "The kitchen closes in 15 minutes". Was directed to seat in chairs in the bar area, we are tall people it felt like we were going to fall on the floor. What's sad is we are from out of town and had been there before. We were leaving the next day and wanted to experience a great meal and the atmosphere of our previous visit. Unfortunately, it was less than ideal. Highly recommend NOT going close to closing time.

Came here with friends. Unfortunately not an overall positive experience. The food turned out tasty but quite pricey! First who knew that a teriyaki bowl would be dry rice, cabbage and broccoli. No sauce...no teriyaki sauce...and there is no teriyaki protein to be added. Added Korean chicken which had good flavor but no sauce. Never would have expected a dry bowl of food. Was told by waitress there are add ons listed below...yes, I saw those. But none of them are a sauce. She suggested the Korean chicken sauce for a $3 fee. Well, ok, because I'd like my food to have some flavor! As mentioned in other posts...waitress seemed irritated...receipt indicates a different waitress than others have stated. Must be a thing! Tea is $4. Seems a little high to me. And don't miss the 4% surcharge for using your credit card. As I said, eventually my food was tasty, but pricey. Friends ordered different things with the same general outcome. Pricey sauces, drinks, etc.

Great food. Terrible service. Don't seem to care how long you wait. I'm not going back

Typically a regular at this location but the menu continues to change, which is okay. I requested a slight modification to my lo mein as I had done the Friday prior to exclude broccoli and was told that I could not take it out, although I informed the waiter I was allergic. If the reasoning was because the items for the lo mein was due to the ingredients being together in a bag, I would have picked another item but our waiter Ali stated it was not separate but the chef would not allow any modifications. I understand the no modifications policy however it should be consistent. I have come here for the last 6 months and have always got the same thing.

this place is ridiculous, they change the menu way too often and don't allow for simple modifications. if you have any allergies or even preferences this is definitely not the place. for the price the quality and experience should be consistent, and consistent it is not! my girlfriends and i have been coming here since it opened and it's slowly been declining in customer service each time. last week we were allowed to remove the broccoli from the lo mein, this week; we suddenly cannot. it's just not worth the money for me. i realllyyyyyy need to add the waitress ali was so condescending it ruined my entire experience. last time coming here, for sure.

Service was excellent! The food was excellent! We ordered shrimp tacos and they were loaded with shrimp. All the food was great and the portions were well worth the price. We will definitely go back soon

I'm not sure what has taken place with this restaurant, but the quality of the food has gone down in the last 2 years. I've always ordered the lo mein bowl and it's not the same. Mind you. I paid 49.00 for beef lo mein and pork lumpia. The lumpia was burnt and too salty for one. Also, I remember the lo mein having a more balanced flavor and actual sauce on it. The noodles have even changed! The Korean beef lo mein that is pictured on this site is NOT what I purchased and I'm HIGHLY disappointed. I will not returning to this restaurant.

The service was amazing. The food was to die for. We tried several different items and love them all. Korean bowl, teriyaki bowl, pineapple bacon fried rice and Lo mein. Will definitely be going back!!!!!!

I had the Brussel sprouts and teriyaki bowl with jalapeños, crispy tofu, and grilled onions. There were only 5 tables of 4 or less people, kids that very loud and at one point running around. I was seated at 5:55. It took 5 minutes for my appetizer then over 45 minutes for my bowl. When I rebooted the teriyaki bowl, there was no teriyaki to be found. The broccoli had a slight flavor soy sauce. I asked the Washoe for some teriyaki sauce and was told it would cost me 2.50 for additional sauce. I explained that there was no sauce on it, and she replied that they cook the veggies in the sauce. I showed her my white onions and slightly browned cabbage. I was told I would still have to pay for extra sauce. The waitress was nice but seemed like nothing could be done.

I went here with my work group for a luncheon. We got there about 1115 and did not get seated until after 1130 even though there was no one there. Then it took our server over 30 minutes to take our order. When it was time to leave we were in a rush and it took her a long time to get boxes for our food and check us out. I believe my entire party was overcharged as well. I ordered the Korean bowl and a tea and a 20% gratuity was added because we had over 6 people in our group. My bill came to 38.80! I did not receive a receipt and no matter how I try to add up my meal with the gratuity it does not come up to that amount. The food is decent but the service and price were ridiculous.

They charged a 4% flat fee for takeout and still got my order wrong. Then they charged a fee for using a credit card, but demanded a credit card while ordering over the phone. Do yourself a favor and find a restaurant that doesn’t charge extra for takeout and credit cards.

They serve you bad fish and make you pay for it. Disgusting. They have no management staff so nobody has the authority or experience to address the issue and make it right. If you try to contact the owner, Will, he ignores you.

The drinks are fantastic! Great bartender makes great drinks. Espresso Martini and other drinks are amazing!! Food is tasteful and plentiful. The fusion of foods are nicely done.

My wife read about this place and heard it was definitely worth checking out. We went and she ordered the Lo Mein and I opted for a burger. Ordered a couple of drinks and apps before to try out as well. Carne Asada French Fries 6/10 - the best thing about the experience honestly. The meat was a little undercooked as the texture emulated an almost raw feel. Flavor was ok. The dish itself was decent. Bar Drinks 6/10 - both were pretty sugary and not much to praise. Took FOREVER to get the drinks!! Lo Mein 3/10 - wife said it was "swimming" in the sauce and couldn't taste or enjoy anything else. Definite buzz kill. Jalapeño Popper Burger 6/10 - smash patty style that had the meat overcooked. Tasted burnt. The overall feel for the burger was it COULD have been good, but fell very short of the mark. Service 4/10 - the service was extremely slow. The staff seemed to be struggling, and the bartender forgot to show up to work, because the drinks were super slow coming out. Service in her leaves much to be desired. Atmosphere 3/10 - VERY loud and hard to hear. Overall 3/10 - hopefully we went on a bad day. If not, you've been warned.
