The owner was super rude . I bought my family from Uk and Canada . There table was all dirty and they didn't want clean . Said they don't clean since Covid, and it's to go . When I said other ppl sitting in the restaurants. To go or no to go . You should have your restaurant clean . Not only was he rude but also dirty places . Also I ordered pista falooda. It looks nothing like the picture . Food and drink was horrible.

Great snacks and drinks! Try something different and come check this place out. I really love their lemonades!

Came here all the way from Richardson with my entire family, only to have service refused just because we were 20 mins before closing. We were about to spend for a family of 5. The cashier was extremely rude especially the short lady running the show. Mr Kareem Villani, please have a talk with your crew before they run your business into the ground. I'm thoroughly disheartened and pissed off. This is absolutely no way to treat paying customers. Fyi it's a Saturday evening on 5/28/2022, your Yelp timings do say that you are open till 12 am.

Had a 9 hour stop over in Dallas area so took the opportunity to check this place out as it was recommended to me by a frequent visitor to Dallas. Felt like Pakistan when I walked into this place! Tried the Lahori Falooda and it was pretty good. A lot of different options here. Will have to come back here again to try out some of their snacks and food items. Plenty of seating inside. Seems like a very popular place with a nice vibe!

We entered the restaurant at 10:15 we stood in line for so long when it was our turn they said we're closed and this not the first time they should have served people who were inside the restaurant and been waiting ... the business close hours mean that it stops serving people outside the store at the specific time.

Had the original. Lahori. Signature and pista Falooda. I only liked the original. The Falooda was also a lot warmer then I'm used to. Wish it was chilled more

Absolutely rude service. They have no sense of business management or customer retention. I was standing in line for 21 minutes waiting to place my order (I was standing at the register waiting for someone to acknowledge me but they looked busy so I just waited on) meanwhile, I'm watching another customer get irritated that they still don't have a drink they ordered while others were getting their drink first. Another employee hears this and come out to notify her there was no order placed for the drink. The customer getting even more frustrated ( rightfully so) starts an argument on why she wasn't just told this instead of waiting. Long story short the employee walks back to me and tells me "STORES CLOSED!" Don't take your anger out on all your customers. And 2, I've been standing here wasting my night the last 21 minutes watching probably the worst managed restaurant come to life. I walk out a little shocked that she just didn't give the lady a drink to appease her wait AND tell me the store is closed after 21 minutes of waiting. First and last time

If you haven't tried Falooda, you are definitely missing out on some amazing stuff! Every time I visit Dallas, this is a must! I highly recommend Lahori as it has some kulfi pieces and it is just heavenly. Their Malai kulfi asla deserves a special shout out.

Gotta keep the taste same. Best customer service I got today from one of the best. Someone mentioned that employees name in one of the comments. Don't wanna mention any name either the comment owner or the associate.

Food was good. Staff don't seem warm and welcoming. Bathroom access was closed to customers maybe due to COVID. However, when I asked staff I want to wash hand, they pointed me to a sink next to ordering counter. But the sink had no soap, sanitizer, or paper towels. Lack of soap/sanitizer at sink is not cool, special during COVID times.

I went today to grab a pista Falooda. The line was all the way to the door . The girl at the counter was doing her best to accommodate all the customers according to her ability . She was not only performing the transactions but also preparing the drinks and Faloodas. I think this is not fair to leave her alone by herself and customers are suffering long waits . She needed help. To wait 25 minutes to get one Falooda is unacceptable and it's not her fault. Hire more people or bring your self from home to run your own business!!!!'
