Insane bang for your buck, especially with the 순대 dishes. We only paid $14 for 순대 볶음 and two people barely made a dent. It really feels like an authentic Korean place because they didn't even ask for tip! We made sure to leave a few dollars at the table.

A delicious bowl of tofu soup requires a good ratio of soup to ingredients. Their tofu soup has enough soup to mix with rice, and the soup is rich and tasty. It‘s our favorite taste.

It's so delicious!! The beef tendon soup has lots and lots of beef tendon and is also very light. The stir-fried blood sausage is tasty, and the spicy stir-fried udon is great too. The service is superb, and tips are not required, but the front desk lady's attitude is so wonderful. I'll definitely be coming back many times~~

If you're looking for authentic Korean fast food, look no further! Ajumma (means auntie) has the best inexpensive Korean food which includes street food or quick eats. I love their donkatsu and jjolmyun-- the best combo. Their bibimbap is also super fresh and tasteful. Food comes out super fast and usually packed during peak lunch times!

Cold Kimchi noodles is super good. It was hot day and my husband got this. The broth with ice was really refreshing and had a variety of flavors. It was a sour&sweet and richly flavored broth. The noodles were cooked to just the right degree. I ordered pork cutlet and sundae. The sundae was a bit dry, so I cooked it at home and ate it again. When it’s hot, it’s quite good. The pork cutlet was crispy and went well with the sauce. Price was reasonable. It’s like cafeteria system. You bring your own food and turn it back to them. Atmosphere was cozy. I felt like I’m at old Korean house. They also have some kids high chairs. Willing to try some different menu.

This Korean quick eats joint is nestled within the bustling H Mart shopping area. After spotting it on Yelp, we decided to make it our choice for a weekday lunch.Inside, it wasn't too crowded, but you could sense that they likely have a loyal following among regulars. Our order included Soondae Gook (pork blood sausage soup), Ddukkbokki (spicy rice cake), and Dogani (beef tendon soup). They arrived with a fantastic array of side dishes that truly added to the experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find marinated raw crab as one of the sides. Overall, the Ddukkbokki stole the show - it was probably the standout dish. The pork blood sausage soup also held its own. Not a bad place at all.One thing to note is that it's a self-serve setup, so don't expect table service. But if you're in the mood for some delicious Korean fare and don't mind helping yourself, it's definitely worth a visit.

I don't think this place is a "kimbob" deli anymore, it's now branded as a "sundae" deli. We did not order the sundae but we had other dishes. Either way it's a very authentic hole in the wall with counter serve ordering. You order first, pay, seat yourself, and listen to the announcement to pick up your food from the counter. Each food order comes on a tray with its own personal set of "banchan" side dishes, so you're not sharing the same banchan dishes amongst your table mates. There's a self-serve water dispenser in the restaurant. #2 bibimbap: This is the most enormous bibimbap I've ever seen. Includes ample meat & veggies over the rice. #8 tonkasu: The deep fried pork pieces are cut thick, and covered in sauce. I would have been okay if the sauce was on the side, but nonetheless this dish was delicious. #9 hot pot beef stew: We ordered this mistakenly thinking it was "yukgaejang" spicy beef stew, but it's actually "bulgogi" stew! The broth flavor is on the sweet side similar to bulgogi. It was tasty but not really my taste so I wouldn't order this again. #22 spicy soondooboo: This is quite spicy. Make sure to mix it up immediately because they add a raw egg right before you pick up the dish, so look for the egg in the stew and stir it. It also included mussels. The portions here are enormous and filling, and the taste is very authentic. People with smaller appetites may even consider sharing a dish. We ate here just prior to 11am, and I was full until dinner time.

Based on a 1-time visit. The place was pretty busy around late lunch time when I arrived, the problem I had was there was a very pungent sour smell radiating through as soon as I walked in. Very off-putting, not sure what it was coming from - most likely the kitchen but it was like a strong vinegary smell which is unusual... I did end up ordering their dogani soup (beef cartilage broth) which came with clear glass noodles, Korean chives, the cartilage and some beef. I recall the broth being clear and not super rich - also sort of salty. The pieces of cartilage also had tiny black hairs embedded in the fatty nooks, which I picked out before eating. The banchan that came with the soup were some soy-sauce marinated raw crab, soy-sauce pickled veggies, and I think radish kimchi. Anything marinated in their soy sauce was EXTREMELY SALTY and very dark - it was not diluted whatsoever. I was disappointed. I honestly can't say this was a good experience, coming from a Korean person.

There’s some hair in the soup I ordered. Hopefully they prepare the food properly before they cook.
