The food is horrible. I’ve never been a fan of Arby’s when I first tried them years ago. But last night I decided after all these years they must have changed. So I decided to go last night to order the deluxe fish sandwich combo and the Swiss chicken sandwich. It’s worse than I remember.

I order a chicken sandwich and jalapeno poppers. The poppers were great. My sandwich was missing the chicken!!! I posted about this and got a response from a personnel from Arbys with a link to resolve the issue, I followed it and filled out my issue on the form, asked if I want to be contacted, I said yes, but no one ever responded to my complaint as promised. No one answers the phone. I spent 16 bucks. I guess its my loss. However, My friends, my family and myself will NOT be ordering from Arbys again, anytime soon.
