I go very often, and I always go through the drive thru , I have been given the wrong food many times, sometimes the fries are cold, the coke tasted like it was old, I have no idea why but it really was Bad, I ordered a sundae and they only gave me vanilla ice cream, WITHOUT ANY TOPPING OR ANYTHING, just a glass with vanilla ice cream.

Poor inside dinning they prioritse the drive thru well people insede Just dredding I understand if they was a big line in the drive thru but come on. 2 cars then one pulls up way after they attend the next person, and they take the cars order. Please the mgr needs management classes.

Maria I don’t know why you have to lie to your customers and try to rush everybody thru the drive thru to pointlessly wait in front of the store. You knew there was not a single car behind me and you even pretended to have an order coming thru the speaker. That’s sad.

Today I decided not to go to work to go eat my son's lunch at school. He arrived at 12:10 and waited 10 minutes to place my order while I listened to how they started arguing about lost orders. I had to be at school at 12:30, which is the time my son takes his lunch, and it was 12:47 and my orders didn't come out and there were already orders for 30 minutes. They all only heard discussion instead of focusing on getting the orders out and part of that they got orders that they received through Uber or Doordarshan. flat out very bad service

I was just in the bathroom. Some random ass man comes in the women's restroom and asks, "is there someone in here?" I said, "yeah"He then asks, "like a lady?"I again said "yeah."Like, no shit Sherlock! Who else would be in here? Are you trying to clean the bathroom or are you just a fucking creep?! This place is creepy as hell too.

The service has terrible. The cashier was distracted between the office and register. The onion rings were cold. There was a little kid in the kitchen ? 4 or 5 years old. I had to ask for napkins to wipe down a table. The kid was running around the entire restaurant. You can’t make this stuff up.
