Ordered 2, 5 piece french toast sticks this morning. They were not cooked fully. Looked like they didn’t even try. The girl who took my order was impatient and I guess they charge .25 cents for an extra syrup. Pretty sure I won’t ever go back to Burger King for breakfast. McDonald’s it is.

Ordered through the mobile app; the whopper was super salty and had no flavor. The Hi-C fruit punch tasted watered down and trash. The wait for the food was long even though I ordered ahead of time. This place needs work.

Normally I go through here the service and food are more decent than average. It's a new store so they've been doing well. However, this morning I ordered two 5 piece French toast sticks, a croissant combo and cream/sugar in the coffee like McDonald's does.... I got handed a bang of cream and sugar... Ok fine no big deal, just hard to deal with when you're driving so I waited to have the coffee. I get home and I see that I received a three piece french toast stick in one bag, three in the other with half a stick. -_-I even checked my food before leaving, but I guess I'll have to make sure to count everything individually next time.I called, no answer. It's 11am on Friday you'd figure a manager would be in. If they would have answered I would have been cool with just a sorry and not made the review.

This BK location always has good food and great service. Arturo, the manager is a really good guy, and makes you feel right at home. You just get a good vibe from the whole staff. This is not the closest BK to me but My friend always come to this location when in the mood for BK.

Evertime I do a mobile order to collect points or order online exclusives, there's always something that makes me have to get a refund from Customer Service. Either they closed it because of maintenance or their not serving chicken for my wraps. Why is the app allowing me to order if I'm not going to be able to get my order? They also can't seem to cancel from their end, so you have to wait even longer for your refund.

This Burger King always has exceptional service in the morning time. My only concern or gripe is that the mobile app allows you to order decaf coffee and they don’t carry decaf coffee. I feel that the corporate office needs to adjust the ordering capabilities for this location to match their inventory. As far as the location though… Exceptional service!

I went throught the drive thru I ordered what I wanted, just for himbto yell me that he couldn't make it. I asked why and he said that he was the only one there. I do understand that things happen but that was not the way to tell your customer that you were short handed. I just ordered hashbrowns and they were fries so hard it was not edible. Come on BK you use to be the place to go to what is happening?

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING - ORDERED FOOD ONLY TO OPEN THE HAMBURGER FROM THE WRAPPER FOR THE BUN TO BE COLD & HARD. PROCEED TO TOUCH THE MEAT AND FOR THAT TO BE EXTREMELY COLD. FRIES WERE COLD AND HARD. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE MY 6 YEAR OLD CHILD HAD TAKEN OUT OF HIS HAMBURGER AND HAD TO SPIT IT OUT BECAUSE IT WAS COLD. RETURNED TO THE STORE WITHIN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES AFTER ORDERING TO ASK AS TO WHY IT WAS COLD. THE "MANAGER" STATED IT WAS MY FAULT THE FOOD WAS COLD AFTER OPENING THE WRAPPER IT WAS IN. NOT ONE SORRY CAME OUT OF HIS MOUTH. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO ATTEMPT TO GIVE ME BACK THE COLD FOOD. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE.

The worse Burger King, the customer service is from India or Middle East they don't speak English well, they keep saying what you said, I repeat several times until I went to The Window and they refused to take the order.The person taking the orders was so rude besides that I didn't understand.

Do NOT go to this location. They close the dining area at 8pm and when/if you order pickup....they tell you ...."oh, I'm sorry ma'am- lm sorry ma'am"....that was his answer to every question I asked. Needless to say I walked from my home and came back empty handed!
