I’ve eaten here twice and got wings both times. Wings are delicious and the fries and salad are good too. I love eating here but I don’t come to carrolton often.

Good menu variety, and the quality has been consistently high.Two specific points I really like about Burger Wing City versus most other burger joints:1) They get a really nice crust on their hamburger patties, which adds a ton of flavor2) They pay attention to temperature when battering their onion rings, so the batter actually sticks to the onions

We were eager to try this place as we heard great things...the service was great although I can not say the same about the food...we ordered wings and a burger...the wings were ok...the burger unfortunately was not very tasty I left with a horrible stomach ache...we were really hoping to find a great local spot...maybe they were an off day...

The food was good but the customer service was not so good. We ordered milkshakes for our kiddos and didn't get them until we were getting ready to leave & when asked about them the cashier was rude and said I'm still making them. I informed her we were finished eating and that we had been then an hour already. When we finally got them they were basically melted ice cream.

Here are the pro's and cons. Pro's, the food was very good. The French Fries were good as well. Pro, the restaurant was very clean and very large dining room, and the staff was excellent. The cashier repeated my order over the phone. Con's, they didn't have any shakes or chilli cheese fries. No biggie. I will definitely order another takeout again

Horrible experience! We went in, placed our order and found a booth. Several minutes later another couple entered and did the same. Our food came out from the kitchen. The hostess/waitress took the food and placed it in front of the other couple. They handled the trays and realized that it wasn't their food. She then proceeded to bring the food to us. I requested they bring us new servings for which the guy in charge was insistent that we accept those burgers. In a time where COVID is still running ramped, I don't think so.We requested a refund and were told he didn't know how to do that. The hostess finally got in touch with someone who was able to talk her through issuing a refund.

Came here with my dad, I had the wings, very crispy and Good. My father had the burger said it was a very Good burger. Couple of tvs with a nice bar, very clean, and great service.

I do believe I found my regular burger place. My husband got the boss burger and fries. I got the American Classic, fries, and an order of Chili Cheese Fries. The burgers were so delicious, and the fries had a very nice crisp to them. Cannot wait to try more of the menu options in the future.

I left the cashier a tip and she put in more than what i left her. I just got a notification saying i was charged an amount that i know i did NOT leave. WOW, they steal from their customers. i will never return. very ghetto and unprofessional.
Had the boss burger and loved every Bite. Meat was tender and juicy and flavorful. And the way it comes prepared is perfect. Also loved the fries and the wings. Will definitely be back for more!

I was craving for a burger and came across this place. Pricing was good. The portions were good. I had the shroom burger with fries and I was able to finish every bite! This is a Asian fusion place. Definitely will come back to try the wings!

Popped in for a quick burger… I was pleasantly surprised by this cool burger joint.My burger was amazing and the fries were great!Great spot to come watch a game, grab some good food, have shave a cold beer!The restaurant is clean and really nice inside.

One of my students told me about this little gem! Burgers are soooo good and for an affordable price! The city fries are my favorite so far! It's has Burgogi with onions and a special bbq sauce! Customer service was great! Fries were bomb! I'm definitely going to bring my colleagues here!
