Went in this past weekend. We waited nearly 25 minutes for one small cup of ice cream. Two of the customers before me ordered the same flavor, so the two employees working made one big batch. However, when I received my order, I noticed the two employees laughing as they handed me my order. They had obiviously noticed that the batch was not enough for 3 full orders. Instead of remaking the third, they scooped the leftovers and handed me my ice cream, which was obviously not enough. I spoke to Tessa, the manager, and explained the situation to her. She assured me that I would get a call back on Monday from the owners. Still haven't heard back. Save your time and money. They will make you pay $8.00 for a small cup of ice cream, make you wait 25 minutes, and give you half of what you pay for.

DO NOT GO!! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY. I feel like it is my duty to let everyone know and I hardly write negative reviews. We went around 8 pm. No music. No one at the front. We were about to leave but gave it a few minutes until a man came out from the back -- looking very flustered. No greeting, no smile. We put in our two orders and the man only put in one order. The girls in front of us put in their order via online/phone and the man messed up both orders. Not a good sign. We waited for almost 20 minutes for a single scoop of ice cream in a cup. It seemed he did not know how to make the specialty order because he called someone and put his dirty phone in the workstation. Another BAD sign. And the nitrogen machine was just spewing nitrogen out and the man was not even tending to it. Wtf? When we received the cup, it was pitiful. I couldn't even take a picture bc I was so shocked. It was sad and melted and not appetizing. I couldn't even eat it. When we left (this was around 8:30/40pm), I think he just gave up and turned off all the lights and closed up for the night. It says their closing time is supposed to be 10pm. To me it sounds like there was a change in management -- a change in which the new owners are not prepared for.

Im assuming this is a new establishment. The management needs to improve with their operation. We got there on a Sunday when it opened. They didn't have anything ready to go. It seemed chaotic. It took about 10 minutes to get the order correct and then another 20 minutes to get our order. We were the first customers there and no one else in the store. The ice cream was descent. Probably wouldn't try this location again.

We have lived near I-35 & 121 for awhile and had no idea this nearby location existed! We went to the Dallas location a few days ago and were craving it again tonight but didn't want to make the trip. So glad we found this much closer location! When we walked in, a guy was working on an order and greeted us. The girl who took our order was very friendly (she addressed herself on the phone when someone called as the assistant manager). She warmly greeted the people that came in later as well. I saw reviews of unfriendly service so I wanted to make sure my review noted that these two were very nice and welcoming. It was very clean inside and my husband noted that there is more seating and space available when compared to the Dallas location. It also wasn't nearly as busy so the wait for them to make our order was much shorter as well. My favorite and forever go-to is The Cauldron which is cinnamon ice cream (that is a purple-grey color) with oreo crumbs in and on top. It is SO GOOD. You have to try it!!

"While the ice cream at cauldron ice cream was delicious, my experience was marred by the lack of enthusiasm and interest displayed by one of the service girls. However, I must commend the other two staff members who provided excellent service. Despite the mixed experience, the quality of the ice cream might warrant another visit, hoping for better service."

Wouldn't know about the service, food , or atmosphere as the store which is alledgedly open til 11, we showed up at 945, Open light was on. Many customers inside. As we walk up to open the door, the employees lock the door, customers inside and all. No explanation, just locked. It was rude, especially with 0 communication while looking us in the eyes to lock us out. Completely unprofessional.

The ice cream is phenomenal. I absolutely love the earl grey lavender and honey, the texture is different and it's quite fragrant which I personally love.As for the service.... the kids that work the counter are pretty rude. The cashier looked and me up and down and made me feel uncomfortable.

This cute little ice cream bar is a unique experience and could be a good post-pedicure spot or even a date night spot. Service was helpful and friendly. Great ambience. They fit quite a few seats inside despite it being a small space.

Despite being called Cauldron, they're upscale and modernist but with a more low key vibe. It was really cool watching the mist pour from their mixer as they committed confection alchemy (and its honestly a shame they don't commit to the sorcery aesthetic more. Waste of a concept). Ice cream was thick and creamy and the puffle was soft and fluffy.

Ice cream was great but at these prices and the fact that it takes time to make the nitro ice cream they really should make the bubble waffle fresh vs an already done waffle that had been sitting around for a while.

This place sucks. Wayyyyyy overpriced for what you get. Back to Andy’s I go.

Pretty disappointed as I was excited for a new icecream spot near by! As I'm all for our youth getting out and working I think management should educate and provide them skills to be successful. I think the nitrogen concept can attract customers but if your employees aren't even trying to sell it or sound like they really know much about it that can be disappointing. When asked for recommendations you should be able to share a few faves or best sellers! I mean it's icecream! And I'm sure this doesn't happen often or at least I hope not but the tank ran out of nitrogen and had to be replaced. So what should have been a quick in and out took more than 35 min and lucky we were the only ones there. The young girl tried to make it up by giving us a little more icecream and I appreciated her gesture but I think the gentleman in the back who seemed to be managing the young ladies should have at least acknowledged us and the problem. I hope the ladies learn more about communicating and customer service and wish them well. And maybe the most disappointing part of all was the ice cream was nothing spectacular or worth going back for a second try.

not sure why they spent so much on those machines and the ice cream just looks like ice cream or cereal you can buy from the store. the service sucks. bunch of kids acting like they don't want to be there and have no actual business being there. the tables were sticky and dirty. and this ice cream should be least 2$ for all it worth. 10$ for a cup of ice cream is outrageous.

Terrible customer service. The two ladies working at the counter didn't look up from their cell phones for several minutes and didn't acknowledge us when we came in. Unfortunately the ambiance and flavors of the ice cream do not make up for the poor customer service at this establishment. Hopefully the young lady behind the counter was able to figure out whatever it was she was doing on her phone that was clearly more important than helping the additional customers in line that walked in and dared to disrupt what was clearly more important.
