I placed two order here back to back and I think because I ordered lunch right at 10:30 it took a little longer but the food was so fresh, they were so kind and accommodating and they threw in extra biscuits.
Always super fast, accurate, and tasty! Between the drive-through service and the delivery service, Chick-fil-A has really stepped up their game!The new location makes it even faster, which I didn't really think was possible! The mobile scan lane really speeds things up.
Why do I always have to wait soooo long before someone notices or gets to my drive thru order… and all I ever order is a milkshake… I always pull up and see my drink sitting on the counter. And I see everyone always get their order except for me until I ask them about it…

Gorgeously Unique
First time in history I have been to a chick fil a and the service wasn’t stellar. As I am waiting for my food, I notice a young girl repeatedly rubbing her hair, and wiping her nose. After doing so she proceeds to handle and bag food. She brings my food and I advise I don’t want it and let her know she needed to wash her hands. I also alerted the manager Shania, we advised that she told her to wash her hands. However not only did she still proceed to handle food without washing her hands I might add. She is physically showing her disdain for what must have been an inconvenience for being addressed. Do better!!!! Wash your hands, or better yet don’t stand there rubbing your nose and hair while handling someone’s food.

Spent 15 minutes in the drive through line. Get to order and the lane was for online ordering only. I told the guy that I just needed a bottle of water, can he take my order. He rudely said no, you have to read and go around the building and get in line again. Very disappointed, never had this type of customer service from CF.

With the exception of a couple of people, these are the most rudest people ever. They mess up the order 3 + times, and when you go back to replace it, they are very rude to you and yet again mess up the order again.These people need to learn some manners on how to treat people!Obviously there are alot of others that share my opinion. They need to remember they wouldn't be in business without US the consumer.So I'd suggest you people get out together !
