ordered a bowl with double protein, steak and chicken al pastor thru the app for pickup. never received steak in my bowl. also used my free entree points for this order that were wasted.

The music is too loud for me, someone with sensory issues, but the food is good and the workers are friendly and efficientDietary restrictions: Because it's a cafeteria style, if you're very sensitive/specific about foods you can't/won't eat, I wouldn't recommend it. Foods get into other foods, it's an inevitability

I had put in an order to this location online and had to make a second order. Unfortunately the second order went to a different Chipotle. Upon arriving. I spoke with the manager on duty and she was very nice and made my order without any issue. I had forgot to ask for meat on my pull on inspection of what I was looking at in the bag. I walked back in and the manager was nowhere to be found.Unfortunately the assistant manager that was on duty was not aware of the situation and was not seen on the initial walk-in. I spoke with him and told him that I initially forgot to order me on my bowl and that if he could give me a portion.Upon the request he stated that I would have to pay extra for the meat.... I was confused due to the fact that normally what I paid for is what I got. And on the app request I had paid for meat.Reluctantly I was going to pay for the carne asada until I found out the small portion he was trying to give me was $7. It was smaller of a portion than what they normally serve across the bowl. I requested chicken instead, I still got the same portion in a cup but was charged half of what the carne asada was. This was nowhere near the portion that was originally given to me and the other bowl as I complained. They gave me a second portion but was very unhappy upon me walking out.Upon myself walking out I ran into the manager on duty which was in the cleaning closet with items ready to clean the tables. She wished me a good day and I was off.I was happy with the initial service but the secondary service from the assistant manager I felt was very inconsistent with the store manager.If you're ordering from this location, just make sure that you order the right thing the first time. Otherwise they will charge you for a smaller portion at a more extensive cost.

I came here on Dec 23rd with my family to eat around 6pm. The young American man with brown hair in high school (I assume) gave portions that were VERY SLIM whilst giving me extra side of attitude. I asked for 3 tacos not a bowl…. I’ve never had that problem before HERE EVER. Also the tofu meat was old according to my family member. I talked to the manager and he said “Ok I’ll train him better” like what even is that?? No compensation no refund at all for me? just vibes and reprimanding to poorly trained staff. This establishment is a joke that wrote itself. I wanted better for this location but I won’t be revisiting.

Worst chipotle I have ever been too. Every time I come here the line is out the door due to how slow the service is, they are always out of chicken or white rice. Today I got a bowl with brown rice and chicken because they where out of white rice, and not only was the rice stale but the chicken was UNDERCOOKED avoid this

Google asked me to review this restaurant. I've never eaten here. But, we had a lovely, and lively, family Christmas meal yesterday at Mulan next door.So, my review of Chipotle is as follows, they're closed on Christmas. Cue Applause, drop mic, exit stage left.
