This was my first time trying out Cici's. I definitely recommen it. Customer service was great from Matt. From welcoming you once you enter the door to helping me understand how there system of ordering food works. Not only is he friendly, but he was making sure the restaurant was kept clean. Matt I appreciated your help. I will definitely be back. Next time I will have a picture to post. I was just exciting to try out the place, that I didn't remember to take a picture.

Met the newest manager, Matt, today. Very nice guy! Keeps the store clean and well stocked. It’s such a significant difference from when we would come here in the past. If you haven’t been in a while I’d recommend coming back to this location. Glad I gave it another shot. Keep up the great work! We will be back soon!

Manager, I think young white dude amazing service, very quick and efficient and gets the job done. Saw him. Making pizza yest during rush hour and still kept up the place good. Great location and highly recommended.

This location is well-managed. Employees are attentive and responsive. I have made requests for a particular pizza on two recent visits, which the staff have answered. The quality of the pizza and cinnamon rolls is good. This Cicis meets my expectations for the chain in terms of the quality of the food and service.

It's been years since I went to Cici's, decided to drop by and it's exactly how I remembered it and even better. You can still request a pizza for the buffet, it was clean, organized, the staff was helpful.

Ronjoso RONALDO has the most terrible customer service. It’s best to avoid coming when he’s working the shift. Totally odd vibes with this guy and beware employees don’t even wash their hands after utilizing the restroom - EWW! Arcade is sticky and filthy, and majority of the game machines are out of order - no fun in that! Most importantly PIZZA quality seems to get worse every year no wonder this location is so empty with their old cold pizza!!
Pizza reminded me of the kind I had at my University dining halls. It wasn't great but good enough. They do make the pizza like you want so that's the only thing I appreciate about the place. You can try this place once if you are curious about their pizzas. They had good macaroni and cheese bread.

It was amazing place. They were super nice and kind to us. They also are very respectful. They make sure everyone is having a good time and that they are very kind to the kids. There very funny and keep people smiling.they always make sure there not out of any food, dressing and others. Matt was was a worker who was so kind and nice. I hope they all get a raise or something incredible in there pay check?. It was a blessing to be at this particular Cici’s pizza.

I came up there yesterday and ordered a pizza for my daughter's birthday. When I got there we paid for the pizza and left. This CiCi's is not by my house mind you we were at Grandma's house on our way home. I get home the pizza is not fully cooked. Still doughy in the middle and it's falling apart. I tried to call no one answered. I continue to call in the morning with no answer. Finally around noon I get someone on the phone. He was very rude. He wouldn't look up my order or my name to see what I had ordered. He refused to replace the pizza because the lady had forgotten to give me my receipt when I paid. All he had to do was look at my name in my order and he could have replaced my pizza. My six year old daughter on her birthday couldn't eat the pizza she wanted. And now I'm out $10 because CiCi's refuses to replace one pizza. All they had to do was look up my name in my order and it would have been fine. But the manager was extremely rude was unhelpful and told me that I should probably find another pizza place to go to. My mom lives down the street from this place we go there all the time. I order pizza from there all the time. I have never had this kind of service. And I guarantee you I will never go back
