I went in to grab a bite and for the atmosphere. The music was great and I was helped by Cesar, which by the way, had awesome customer service and is a really funny guy! He goes above and beyond for his customers (give this man a raise) ? I ordered the black pepper beef and it was absolutely delicious! I will be back for more in the near future.

So, this weekend was my second time coming here. We had a really great time the first time no issues. But we did come in the middle of the day last time, not at night when it's busier. Somehow my card and The Host card got mixed up and they charged me for the rental of the room when I was a guest. The host was also charged the same amount. So both of us were charged almost $200 to rent a room at the same time. Not only that when I called to let them know that there was an unauthorized charge from them on my card no one answered after several calls. Then I got a text message saying that I had to email my information so they could investigate instead of allowing me to speak to a real person. It's been 2 days and there still has not been a resolve. Avoid this place at all costs to protect your money.

I enjoyed my birthday party here. The private room was very nice. Only issue was the parking and drinks were not strong for the price unless you get it on the rocks.Parking: Need to build a garage for extra parking. Some of my guests could not attend my party because of parking issues. It’s pretty bad.
This place started out being OK and blossomed into one of the premiere hangouts in Carrollton for Karaoke. The vibe is fun and the new dance floor with couches is a huge improvement.They also use Internet based Karaoke sources which changes everything. You can find anything in any language. Most places have a limited preprogrammed system.Highly Recommend this place if you haven't been. Also, this place gets busy, so make sure you factor that in if you have a large group on a Friday night. You will need to put yourself on a waitlist.

Food is terrible. We rented one of the larger rooms and upon arrival our room smelled of sewage and the bathrooms were filthy. Karaoke is done through YouTube which was very disappointing. Made it difficult to find songs with lyrics. Very dissatisfied with our experience.
