Friendly owners, clean spot, very well taken care of, great hookahs and great food , Wadi knows what’s he’s doing - he’s been in hookah game over 10 years now. His brother is a nice guy too. Great place to vibe and chill. Music isn’t loud at all and an actuallounge!

Cleopatra is our go to spot in Dallas, TX. The hookah is the best that we have been able to find. Cleanliness is on point and let's talk about the amazing service they provide. Both Wagdy and Wagih always go above and beyond each time we are here and we are now on a first name basis. The entire staff is awesome! If you are in the Dallas area you have to stop by here and check them out. It won't disappoint.

Nasty venue and watch your bill. They adding service cost and tip so do not add more tip as I did. To smoke one hookah and eat two miserable quesadillas for $100 in the middle of the day, the stupid is me not the business. I just realized it's a very good business for the owners this hookah places. Never again.

Best Hookah!!!! This is a great hang out spot and was our go to place at night in Carrolton/Addison after clubbing. The hookahs are flavored just right, and the place looks upscale and luxurious with an overall nice feel and ambiance. The couches are plush and very comfortable "divan" sitting area inside. It is also located near, shops - The owner D and YG and his friends are sincerely genuine and nice. We cannot thank them enough for making Cleopatra feel like home and showing us a great time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to a hookah lounge in Carrolton / Addison / Dallas area.

this is, unfortunately, the only hookah lounge i visited yet in Dallas area, but i have been in plenty hookah lounges before in cities from the Eastern part of the planet; so, maybe, it has its rating is fair across what's called a "hookah lounge" in Dallas?.. Texas?.. US?.. but i don't have any other reference, closer to the US standards.what i have noticed first was pretty intense music with that bass, that goes through you; then there were quite uncomfortable smells of tobacco smoke, which, by the way, reduces the ability of taste buds to perceive taste, therefore reduces your ability to taste the ordered hookah.i was asked to sit at particular place in empty room. i specifically asked if i can choose a place afterwards, but the direction was repeated.the taste of hookah, i ordered "Nefertity" flavor, was okay. hookah itself was like a plastic toy. i have never before seen such ridiculous plastic hookas like in any hookah lounge. anyway, the flavor was not very intense, i think the music was much more likely pretending to be the main guest if the night.but, it was not. it was some house/rnb which are suitable for dancing, not relaxing in a sofa and puffing out smoke clouds...but even the sofa (oh, i'm sorry american readers, loveseat), i was literally ordered to sit in, was not really comfortable and relaxing. others were looking better, though. and i saw other single people who were occupying other places, so it just was weird that i am something special.besides the hookah, i asked for a tea. well.. at least that time i've been ready for the disappointment :)honestly, i have awesome hookah at home, crafted in St-Petersburg, it really nice, allows to control airflow and made of premium materials like glass, steel and ceramic, and i can make it. my intention was just to relax, but i have been leaving that place with a feeling of utter disgust.i will try something closer to home. i have traveled to this place from Plano to get such an experience.

Everytime i go there, the service is amazing. they greet customers, ask them politely what kind of food, hookah and drink they need.. their food is good and hookah is amazing... i would recommend everyone to go there...
