After an inexplicable amount of time for not frequenting this establishment, I am reacquainted with how delicious their chicken truly is. There simply isn’t another place like it in plano that compares to the freshness and rich smoky flavor which permeates the place and your clothes, but al fresco dining is an option of your clothes need a break.
Regarding Employee BehaviorI am writing to express my utmost disappointment with the service I received at your establishment on March 15, 2024, at approximately 2:10 PM. I visited your store with the intention of purchasing a baked chicken and brisket combo, yet my experience was marred by unacceptable behavior and substandard service.Upon arrival, I encountered a disheartening situation where one of your staff members informed me that it was her last day. This revelation already set a negative tone for my visit. As I proceeded with my order, I noticed that the chicken appeared undercooked. When I requested a replacement with another white meat option, the exchange was handled poorly.Furthermore, I observed members of your kitchen staff conversing in Spanish, which would not be an issue if it did not affect the quality of service. However, the replacement chicken was delivered with apparent disregard, as it was forcefully thrown onto the counter in front of me.This experience is not an isolated incident. In the past, when utilizing your services through Uber Eats, I have encountered similar issues such as missing items and undercooked food. It is evident that there are systemic problems within your organization that need to be addressed promptly.As a customer, I have given your establishment numerous chances to rectify these issues, but this experience has left me with no choice but to cease my patronage. My bread was cold and hard my chicken was gummy I ordered online and my 20$ tip didn’t go to the cashier?
The food is delicious I love it! However, I feel a little disrespectful for people who don't speak English! I understand that we are in the United States and we must adapt to the language, yes I understand that! But it's one thing to be rude when you serve a person who doesn't speak English and you make a bad face at them! That happened to me in this place, if it's not for a person who was in the kitchen, they won't serve me!! I am 100% grateful to this country for receiving me but we must have much more empathy when working with the public!

Had lunch today and it was delicious. I didn't like the peach cobbler. It has the consistency of baby food. It was Mush with no texture. I thought that peach cobbler is supposed to have dough in it. It was like pudding all the way thru. Other than the chicken, potatoes, and beans were delicious.

Food is always good and chicken is always juicy and flavorful. The peach cobbler is the best ever!!Only bad thing is the Strawberry lemonade. Its so nast and doesnt taste like lemonade. It taste like medicine and you can tell they use strawberry syrup and not fresh strawberry puree & thats whats making it taste like medicine cause too much artificial syrup was used.

We ordered from here for the first time off of Uber eats last night. We havent been here in years. I have to say this was the best meal we have ever ordered off Uber eats. Not only was the food good but the presentation and packaging was great. Not sure hows thats possible on food delivery.Like even the sides you can tell werent just crammed in little cups, they were placed in there and each one was topped off with a little garnish. The sweet potato was amazing. Chicken was amazing. Now my family has added this to the regular rotation. Thanks folks!
