I’ve been coming here for the past couple of months and I can confidently say that the food and service are both amazing.I get off of work late and my coworkers and I discovered Crazy BBQ because of how late it stays open. We’ve never felt rush to leave at closing and we’ve always received great service from our waitress Sussie. They served us side dish that had gone bad. When we asked the waitress to take it away since it smelled bad she tried to explain that it was fine to eat. She said, “Yesterday we had customers that were asking for more of this side dish because it was good.” Well that was yesterday. Not today.If she had just smelled the dish herself , she would’ve known right away. Without even smelling it or discussing it with the cook or the owner she just became defensive, basically accusing us of making it up?This place doesn’t have the basics down.Make sure to smell the side dishes before eating them! And even if it’s gone bad, don’t bother telling the waitress because she’ll accuse you of making it up.

My friends and I ate here for a late dinner after driving from Austin to Dallas. It kind of felt like a hole in the wall because of how unassuming it was. It wasn't super busy, so we were seated right away and I like how they have a button to press to call over the server. The server was very friendly and fast. The food was pretty good, but kinda felt like standard good Korean BBQ. Nothing noteworthy about the experience to me personally, but I've only been here once. I liked their ventilation hoods which cleared out most of the smoke from cooking the meats. One thing I don't enjoy is going home smelling like smokey meats and I didn't smell much after our meal. Good service, good food.

This place is fairly decent for Korean BBQ but the only thing they lack is a variety of the traditional small side dishes or fresh greens like lettuce or shredded greens to go with the meat but you still get the rice with the soup etc…otherwise, they have the sesame oil, ssamjang paste and kimchi & pickled onions. I would recommend them adding a few more side dishes to come out with the rice and soup besides just kimchi. Again, otherwise, solid spot especially for late-night. They do have fresh cilantro which was cool and the kimchi was decent.
