Not worth the price they charge for a Cuban sandwich. It was a super small portion and the break was not toasted. Please remove the ybor name from the item. Nothing close to it!

I just recently moved here from Ybor city, Fl where they happen to name one of their sandwiches.I will break it down for you.-staff: very friendly-Service:: terrible. I order one Cuban sandwich and coffee and it took 30 minutes. Only one other party besides me.-food quality: Terrible! The bread was soft like it was microwave-Price: terrible! Paid $12 for a half of sandwichPleasant people but food quality-Service - and price killed it for me.

I saw a post on Reddit about this place and decided to swing by real quick for a Cuban sandwich. It was super good. I'll have to stick around a bit longer next time to check out the decor. This place has a very unique feel.
I have been coming here for years because the pastries are great but the service is horrible. Today was my last visit here. I placed an order & was told 20 minutes. 50Minutes later, no order & “no refund” so my only options are to wait until they finish the order or loose my money and leave without the food. I understand you guys are behind, but not allowing refunds for you being behind is ridiculous.

This place should be marked in your phone as a favorite! They never disappoint. They treat you like family, and the food is incredibly authentic. If you need your cuban fix, check these guys out! So happy they have been here for so many years doing things consistent at such a high level. I would definitely recommend you stop by and just smell the place! I bet you can't just have one pastry..

I came here because they supposedly had potato balls. Turns out they didn’t have them for sale along with the croquettes because they have been understaffed. I will say though, I had some of their pastries to-go and they were BOMB! I hope to return and try their sandwiches soon.
