I have had some ok experiences here but this last one was too bad to go back for a long time. My order was missing 2 things I paid for- a medium fry and an extra gravy. The gravy I did get was basically water. The tacos we got seemed like they were a day old and the food wasn’t great in general. Very disappointed.

Truly recommend. When I was pregnant with my daughter, I confess I was getting those Ice cream Blasts a couple of times a week maybe even every other day ? Delicious !!!!! When my husband wasn't able to finish his he always put it in the freezer for the next day but the Deliciousness and cravings made me week and I ate his as well. ??? It was our daughter's birthday the other day and everything was last minute due to my husband and I recovering from COVID ( We are both better now ) On her birthday we got in the car and went through the drive through and got the biggest bestest oreo Ice Cream Cake you could believe with the service so helpful ! Our daughter had a nice birthday and thank you as the cake has the tiniest piece left and is in the freezer because she wants to savor the Deliciousness. ?

I drove a long way to get Dairy Queen and ensured that they would be open upon arrival. I arrived at 8:30pm and they were already closed. Hours before the time shown on the door. There was no note or anything indicating they would be closed early. Very disappointing. Would give 0 stars if possible.

930 Saturday night and DQ website says open till midnight but upon arrval, dining room closed and 10 people in drive through line. Very disappointing.

Dairy queen is underated and hard to tell why but this location has served me without any issues at least a dozen times now so it gets the highest rating ill give a fast food chain

I ordered a banana split with no strawberry sauce and they gave me extra pineapple on my request. WELL this is the first ~ a banana split with NO BANANAS I looked inside while in the parking lot but was halfway home when I pulled over to eat it. Yep no bananas.
We stopped by and were surprised that the inside seating was closed (guessing struggling to get enough workers) so used drive thru. Ordered a dude and small dipped cone. Girl taking order was easy to understand and very pleasant. Only surprised didn't give us amount we were going to owe. She was pleasant at the window and quickly got our cones and dudes out. We ate the cones in the parking lot and enjoyed the sandwiches at home. We asked for extra pickles and got 4 not sure if that was normal number or extra. Sandwich was delicous- crispy with just the right enough of condiments.

We come here because Coppell location is rarely open and frequently doesn't have ice cream. I've always been lucky enough to catch them open, but their staff is very rude unfortunately.

My first time at a DQ. The frosty was delicious and the fries were tasty.. that's it. The burger patty was so thin and looked nothing like the advertised one.
